I guess the wheels really have fallen off in '09. Maybe I should take some credit, you know he goes around saying he ruined everyone (there was a post he put up just before the primary where he names all of these people he supposedly took down). Well, let's see, I did report on the original arrest, didn't I. Maybe it wasn't Doherty or Cullen who screwed him. Maybe I was working my magic all the time. I remember when I first got here, he had a thread in which they were speculating that I may have been sent here to uncover all the corruption and then, later, the thread said I was sent here essentially to help carry out Doherty's plan (I knew absolutely no one in the region, by the way). Well, guess what? I was sent here to undo Joey boy's misdeeds. I was sent here to make sure that Edith went to prison, she loses the house, he loses the vette, Doherty wins reelection. Mission accomplished, baldy.

Talk about predictable, we ALL knew this one was coming:  In response to Edith's felony conviction, they (Joe & Edith) are...gasp...you guessed it...SUING!!  Equally predictable is the use of another posting name to provide all the details.  Something tells me that the IP address for Joe Pilchesky and that of Courtrat (errr mouse) aren't exactly all that dissimilar.

Now there is nothing funny about Pilchesky's abuse of the legal system, but it is funny who he lists in the suits.  Why not list the governor?  How about the director of the FBI?  Commissioner of the IRS?  President of the Bank where Edith presented a check made out to "Joanne Ricci"?  Why not sue the judge in Erie?

This guy really needs to be cut off from his ability to file frivolous lawsuits, as he is using a court system we pay for exclusively as a tool for his own pleasure.  Baiting?  I'm sure that Andy Jarbola will be shocked when he hears that he's been sued...again...by Joe Pilchesky.

Here's a novel suggestion for Edith:  You were convicted of a felony, so take it like an adult.

Pilcheskys on the move against the Office of the AG, DA Jarbola, an Erie lawyer and private citizen

According to the records at the Lackawanna County Clerk's Office, the Pilcheskys have recently launched two interesting court actions.

The first one is docketed at 09-CV-3695 naming Andrew Jarbola, Lackawanna County District Attorney, Attorney Ralph Riehl, III, of Erie, Pa. and Charlene J. Snyder, of Media, Pa. as defendants. This one was filed June 8th, 2009 at 10:31 am.  The Sheriff's Office has confirmed that the Pilcheskys have served the action on the defendants through that office on the same day. Only Joanne Pilchesky is listed as the Plaintiff. The action filed is titled a Praecipe for Summons. 

The second one is docketed at 09-CV-3934 naming Thomas Corbett, Attorney General, Richard Sheetz, Executive Deputy Attorney General, Frank Fina, Chief Deputy Attorney General, Michael Sprow, and Deputy Attorney General and Jack Brickner, Deputy Attorney General Special Agent #99 as defendants. Both Joseph and Joanne Pilchesky are listed as Plaintiffs. This one was filed on June 16, 2009 just before closing time. The Sheriff's Office has also confirmed the second action was served upon all of the Commonwealth defendants. The action filed is also titled a Praecipe for Summons.  

Those are some mighty big fish on the line, but the Pilcheskys have reeled big fish in before, namely Jarbola and the Pa. State Police. Looks like all the fun is going to be in Lackawanna County where we get a front row seat.

Can't help but to laugh here, who baited who?

A hearing on her appeal is next week and a date for the appeal won't be set until at least August, according to the very latest info. She'll probably be in the state pen before these suits are even heard.

It's a game to them Lus...of that I am convinced.  Why else have Edith act as her own attorney?  It it were my spouse and she was truly innocent, I'd get the best lawyer I could find to defend her. 

The real interesting part here is that while Joe may view this as some kind cat-n-mouse game, no one else does...especially not the court system.  Same thing for the Joe  & Edith little "IRS problem". 

Joe may be an Internet Tough Guy & Internet Legal Expert, but in the end...

...being "tough" is irrelavant; jails are full of tough guys & gals
...the courts and the IRS don't care how smart you think you are
...the government is ALWAYS more patient that you are
...the government ALWAYS has more resources than you do

In the end, Joe & Edith lose.  It's not a question of "if", it's a question of "when".

I look at it this way:  this is like dental work.  He can put it off, but eventually the day will still come.

You're right though IHave about the double standard, but then again this is a guy who cries "FREE SPEECH!" but then bans posters who he disagrees with.  Yupp, that's Scranton's chief "Free Speech Advocate" for you.

I guess ripping people off is the family business ... didn't I recently read that Joes son Jason had been arrested for ripping off some poor old lady ... taking her money and not doing the work he was hired to do ... this seems to be what this family lives for.
