Joe, I have the name of a couple from Jersey who had a boatload of T-Shirts taken from them and over $600 in cash. They were told the same thing. "Go Away and no charges will be pressed."  Shake down through and through.

Prisons are holding quite a few officers who dipped into the Evidence Room and took cash, drugs or other items. Most recently it was a city detective. A few years back it was a cop from Archbald, I believe. 

What happens, though, when the cash or other confiscated items never make it into custody?  It's going to be hard to prove that stuff ever existed.  Yes? 

Friend of mine that ran into some PFA trouble had several of his guns confiscated, but he said that he received a list of what was confiscated from the Sheriff's Office. So, there is a system in place to identify what's been confiscated. Now, that didn't happen in this county, but Sheriff's in all counties grab guns from PFA defendants all the time. They can't just put them in a room somewhere and then no one knows who belongs to what guns. 

I'm of the thinking that they're just playing cat and mouse with Pilchesky. It would be lunacy to confiscate cash and put it in your pocket to say nothing of it being illegal and ending you behind bars.

Make no mistake about it, the Sheriff's Office has no problem properly identifying anything it takes into custody, but it's only when they take it into custody as opposed to just taking it. 

I think we have a cookie jar with a lot of hands in it here. 

The infamous cookie jar and all the hands that may have been in it are heading to a courtroom near you very soon. A little more work with the Office of Open records, which will be finalized by the end of next week, and in we go.  Get a front row seat because it'll be a good show. I know lots, but will they lie on the stand and expose themselves to perjury?  Time will tell.

The only crook, thief and felon around here is your wife! You question the integrity of some people around here? You should look inside your own home or even in the mirror. Your own wife (and i am sure with your knowledge) was doing some of the most dispicable things we have ever witnessed...stealing form her own dead father! Funny how they are arresting people in Luzerne county for not reporting a felony...Maybe we should look into why you didnt report your wife to the police....Thats a felony too ya know! want me to bring up the tax bills too? YOUR WIFE IS A FELON>>>THATS THE TRUTH!

In fact i am going to have the case reopened because i can come up with 20 people who will testify that you knew everything she was doing...20?..lol...I can come up with thousands!

Let me bring you up to speed. You're uninformed, apparently. 

It was a Tuesday in March back in 2005 when I appeared at a city council meeting to introduce myself to the political environment. I had an encounter with the Doherty Administration that didn't sit well with me. They refused to give me a permit for a handicap ramp, thus, Mr. Doherty got my attention. I was at the council meeting to explain my intentions regarding retaliating against City Hall in my own way. That was when I introduced the creation of this site. That was 12.6 million hits ago. I pointed at the council members and said, "I'm not like you people." Then, I pointed at the people in the audience and said, "I'm not like them, either." Then, I pointed at the camera, and said, "And, I'm not like any of the people out there, either. I'm different. I'm not a good guy or a nice guy." I left it at that.

I was contacted by WILK the next day to go in and do a one hour show to talk about my intentions. For that one hour, I explained to Sue Henry on live radio that the good people of the city are clearly overmatched. They won't get anywhere against the no good corrupt thieves who hold public office. I said, "Good people have no chance to take these betrayers of trust to the shed, it''ll take a bad person, someone who can think like them, act like them and someone who can play their dirty games at their level with no rules." I then explained that I'm that person, a thief just like them. Sometimes, it takes a thief. What can I say?

Make no mistake about it, I have larceny in my body in places other people don't have places. See, I'm not just bad to the bone, I'm bad to the bone marrow. I'm talking every fvcking blood cell. I bleed larceny when I cut myslef. I'm simply NOT the guy you fvck with, as you may have noticed. I'm the guy you walk away from - quickly. Actually, I gave the mayor the opportunity to make things right, he told me to go fvck myself........and here we are. I even gave him references. Too arrogant for his own good.

I've been cleaning up other people's messes all of my life. I've been paid to do it quite often. Atty. Sal Cognetti knows it well. He pointed to me in a courtroom once and said to the jury, "That man is nothing but a hired hitman." Ask him, and that was 25 years ago. He was right, but in this endeavor I'm offering my personal services for free for the common good. I've taken a lot of people down, all kinds, it's only recently that I've been attracted to public officials. Well, I actually got sucked into this game, but I ask you, how am I doing so far? In all honesty, if I was caught for one-tenth of what I've done they'd throw the key away. 

What the AG and the County of Erie did to my wife will come with a very high price. It'll all be reversed on appeal. There's already been a 25 mil lawsut filed against the AG at number 09-CV-3934, check that for yourself. It took the complicity of two Erie judges, two AG Offices, two DA's Offices, including Jarbola, a corrupt Erie Register of Wills and his solicitor, three unethcial lawyers and a Superior Court judge to make that happen. We're quite complimented that we are deemed as such a threat to corrupt politicians, but unfortunately, it all goes up their asses. She was targeted for no other reason than she's my wife, the poor thing. Nothing more and nothing less. The lowlife, pay-to-play Erie judge was John Garhart. He had a good time with my wife. Nicely done if I do say so myself. Nice show. Garhartdecit.com is under construction. It's my turn now to have a good time. I'll use that to take the County of Erie apart limb from limb, just as I'm doing here. Also being launched is kangaroocourt.net to expose how corrupt the appellate court is on the west side of the state. Something should be done and it should be a good time.

All you need to know is that I have one Golden Rule, which is that there are no rules, but mine. I play hard ball, I play dirty, I play unconventionally and I play to win. And, if I want your ass, trust me, your ass is mine. It might take some time, but I'm in good health. BTW, all that bad blood flows through a revenge-thirsty brain that is highly intelligent, a tad on the diabolical side and very dangerously gifted with a wisdom that understands what justice really is. 

The Sheriff's Office is going down. Period. No one can stop that from happening for two reasons. First, I'm well versed at law and can handle myself in a courtroon. I have a complete Law Library in my home.  And secondly, I'm a prick who can run long distances, who fears nothing and no one.

When I'm done there, I have the DA's Office next on my list.

Mr. Cane, you know why there hasn't ever been anyone like Joe? It took 200 years to build him, that's why. Every city in the country should have a Joe. I don't know why we got so lucky. He's answered an awful lot of prayers. Maybe that's what did it?

you forgot to mention the crooked bank officials, accountants and family members...should we add the clergy too? So everybody is a crook Joe? Geez that a logical conclusion huh! Do you realize what you sound like? No Joe...your wife is the crook and probably with your knowledge! Listen to me....you have are a paranoid personaility disorder with a bit of narcisim and delusions of grandeur thrown in to make you certifiable! Writing a rambling dissertation full of paranoid expressions and grandoise thoughts to explain your behavoir only supports my conclusion. You need help so go get it! And for you people that follow this maniac like blind sheep...Does Guyana ring a bell? You go after public figures who need to have the discipline to resist retliation for political purposes....Come after me and see what happens. You can find me in west side. Joe is very certifiable, certifiably the man with the biggest balls this area has ever seen. 

Cane, you're dripping with jealousy and anger the likes of which I've never seen before.  Are you gong to be OK?  You know, there is a Hotline for people over the edge like you are.

Or, maybe you're one of those deputies who filled his pockets and you're going to be the one on the witness stand facing Joe?  Let me give you a clue about why we love Joe here. He's transparent. He says it like it is even when it's about himself. He does what he says he's going to do. He says what he means and he means what he says. That's a lot of man in my book, Cane.

On top of all that, he puts himself out there, unlike YOU and me. We stay concealed behind our computers. He doesn't. He does the talking and does the walking to back it up. Been in court to see him?  You should.

And stop making threats. Spitball on a battleship.

Mr. Pilchesky has many, many times made it very clear that he was not born on the right side of the tracks. Citizen Cane is not the first to go on the attack. Joe has made himself a public figure so he's game. The Times-Tribune has bashed his brains in over and over again until they realized it wasn't going to stop him. That's when it finally stopped. Steve Corbett has taken his cheap shots at him, too.

It comes with the territory.

Is Mr. Pilchesky a bad man?  If he is then we need more bad men around here. One bad man has accomplished more than all the good men put together. Ask yourself where we'd be without him. We'd still be in the dark. We'd still be the victims of the Times-Tribune's propoganda. 

To say Mr. Pilchesky is loved is an understatement. Try totally worshipped by many, respected by all and feared by those who serve us dishonestly.    

Last week I sent a RTK letter to the Sheriff's Office requesting copies of all certifications and updated certifications held by John Szymanski regarding any complaince with Act 120, Act 20 or permission to carry firearms. 

I received a response today.  Szymanski has no certifications in any education related field of law enforcement. Never took a course on anything relating to the understanding and administration of the law, i.e., he's totally unqualified to lead an office comprised of men and women who have acquired such education. 

That's disgraceful. As the leader of that office, he should at least be as qualified at law enforcement and handling a gun as the deputies he's responsible for. It's no wonder that office is in the mess it's in. It's being led by a follower, not a leader.   

To Citizen Cane, I have no clue who you are. How would you expect me to? If you're a public official or work off the taxpayers' dime, tell me who you are. Speaking of joe donahue. Was he sentenced for his guilty verdict in the federal trial? If so what did he get? He was to be sentenced last month, or did he get a delay like the local judges like to hand out like political flyers?
