He does not appear to be the kind of guy who can make an independent decision. He either wants the parties to get together to 'work it out' [What, avoid litigation? Why Attorney Cashuric just the other days said that the job of an attorney is to discourage litigation, therefore I would think it reasonable and admirable for a judge to want to do the same] or he looks for an 'IDENTICAL' case to make his ruling [I believe that the concept is called 'precedent'.]
Failing to get that 'identical' ruling, he falters. [That's code for "How dare that trained legal mind not make decisions that agree with my extensive experience as themom! The audacity of someone, just becasue they went to Law School, severed time as a practicing attorney, because a judge, blah, blah, blah! Why that's just as bad as those Theoretical Physicists claiming to know more about Comsic String Theory than I!"] Don't be fooled by this guy, check his record! [That's code for "I spent a few minutes looking at this guys record, saw a few things I didn't like and therefore this guy sucks". With that kind of stellar analysis, it's probably pretty safe to say that everyone can be judged at sucking at everything.]
Sorry, I don't mean to pi## on your hopes, but I don't want to be lulled into believeing that right is right and right wins all the time, or even most of the time.
Love the fight you are doing and you are right, but don't let being right make you think that the ruling will be fair. Unfortunately, life is far from fair!
