With injunctions and lawsuits and motions flying skelter helter over there, I forget what's when sometimes.

Didn't he have some sort of court thing again today about something?  It's 4:40, and not a thing over there about it, about how he unjustly got shafted again, or how he finally and gloriously stuck it to the man.

Anyone have any scoop?  Anyone have a scorebook?

I miss his "was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor" speeches.

Just looking for some info.

Thanks.

Court date?

Wasn't Joe supposed to sue the admin of this site?

No wait, he was supposed to sue the NEPA media board admin.

No wait, he was supposed to get the golf course back.

No wait, he was supposed to get the SS complex back.

No wait, he was supposed to get Doherty voted out of office.

No wait, he was supposed to put the Times out of business.

No wait, he was supposed to  be on some network TV show.

No wait, he was supposed to begin hosting his own web site instead of using web-based companies.

No wait, he was supposed to win a lawsuit against the State Police.

Man, how does that guy find the time to make so many contributions and accomplishments?

I had scheduled the argument on the smoking ban for January 26th, but due to the nature of the preliminary objections filed by Amil Minora, I will have to amend the injunction and complaint to make him happy.  It won't be much longer, early Feb.

Hmmmmmm....I wonder what Joe could possibly be doing to make Amil Minora happy?

I can't speak for Amil Minora, but as for myself there is something Joe Pilchesky can do to make me happy:  Move to Dunmore.  Oh, I can see it now... www.jerryhartdeceit.com

Note...no offense to Jerry, who is really a great guy and a terrific public servant.

I picture Joe in front of his followers to sound like Dwight Schrute when he gave his "Mussolini" speech on "The Office."

Do you think he sits in his car and psyches himself up with some '80s hair metal before court?

See now, I like Judas Priest and "Breaking the Law" is one of my favorites.  I would, however, associate that baldie across the hall with AC/DC "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap".
