There is always an excuse ... Here we had Joe promising for what about 3 months that he was going to sue Judy ... that he is going to get her when the lawsuit is filed ... here he had all of those DD dolts waiting for their hero to file that lawsuit ... and what happened ... ACLU asks him to hold off ... I don't know about any of you ... but if we were in such a dire situation in this city as Joey P claims we are ... would the ACLU be asking him to hold off? I'm just wondering ... there is always an excuse when he does not proceed with a lawsuit. Take a look.

My wife and I have been contacted by the same ACLU lawyers who currently represent us in the PSP case, which is in deposition stages right now. They heard we were in the process of putting a hefty federal suit together against Gatelli and have asked us to hold off because they want to do a little more investigating on the issues, and if they hear what they're looking for, or see the elements they need to see, they're in. My intuition is that they'll jump in on this. They already know Scranton is a hot bed of corruption with some national potential. If the ACLU does commit, they bring truckloads of great knowledge and ability to expedite the federal system to get injunctions as needed. Meetings are set for next week.
He's claiming that the meetings are set for next week ... well isn't that just convenient ... next week it the meeting at the IBEW building ... isn't it? They were having a meeting anyway ... I do not believe for one minute that they are having a special meeting for this particular topic ... I think that Joey P. is going to go to the regularly scheduled meeting and ask questions to find out if he's right or if he's wrong in proceeding ... I don't think that anyone has contacted him.
Joey what is the reason you decided not to sue me? I am wondering ...

I imagine that he's too far out there for even the ACLU. They probably told the Old Man who Cried Wolf thanks for the couple new memberships he got them, but to please stop invoking their name for every little thing.
I can imagine the eyes of the ACLU lawyer(s) rolling as they read through some of the DD postings...especially Anti's rants on racism and the IBEW (damn, I meant ICN).

Joe has not gone to court lately guys ... where are all of those lawsuits he promised ... and speaking of that .... I am still awaiting the constable ... when am I being served with the papers that you are suing me Joey ... it's been since October ... 5 months ... waiting waiting waiting ..... nobody is knocking! King Joey LIED AGAIN!
And I'm still here ... I think Joey told me that he was going to sue me to make me go away! Oh well ... what else you got big boy?
Maybe the ACLU told him he couldn't stomp on my right to the freedom of speech ... it's a two way street Joey ... it's not all about YOU!

A check for that amount was written to the city of Scranton out of a UDAG account, which is an account used for economic development. I found it odd that Atty. Carl Greco had sued the city for the precise same amount for services rendered. He got an uncontested judgment for that amount. In a Right to Know letter, I asked the BA's office to explain in writing why that amount was first written to the city of Scranton, and then Atty. Greco obtained a judgment for that amount at the same time. That office refused to respond, so I sued them for the information under the Open Records Laws. Below is an Order issued by Judge Mazzoni that directs the BA's office to provide any documentation relating to the issue of the check.
You'll see only pages 1, 6 and 7. Pages 2, 3, 4 and 5 are just review of facts as the developed. You need Adobe Reader to access the file, if you don't have it, click on www.Adobe.com to get it first and then come back here to read the file.

Great job on this victory. If they have nothing to hide they should have nothing to fear, right? This is the same argument they're using to install cameras in sections of the downtown. It's too bad they don't live by that philosophy.

There will be no living with this Bald Bastard now .... he actually won the right to get information ... I call that a Big GD victory ... Good Job Joe!
