Great question, now what do you do to fight this crap?  The clowns screw the cops over and do whatever they want.  Want to know why?  The answer is because most of the cops lack the testicular fortitude to stand up for themselves.  They cry for the union to back them but forget they are the friggin union.

Besides how long ago was the SIT grievance filed?
Who in that department had the testicular fortitude to file it?
Was it a policeman?

           DON'T say the Police Don't have testicales. To put that uniform on and go protect us. YOu don't know the inside of it. Just like us, we open our mouth or do something Doherty or his cronies don't like and we have an inspector or someone at are door. The GOOD  Police officer that is not a Doherty backer will get the knife in his back. He will be watched at every move, and they will be on his/her back. And it even goes further, the officers family has to be very careful not saying or doing anything against Doherty. OR the Officer is in trouble again. If the officer is not one of Doherty's drug friends , or a drug friend from an other town he has to shut up. Along with his family doing the same. Don't blame the Union, or the officers. It's called sheer black mail. When you walk in an Officers shoes for a day, then speak. Other wise find the facts first before you go saying the Police have no *alls. When YOU put your life on the line everyday and put up with the likes of Doherty and Idiot. Then Speak. And bust yous buns for four years without even a lousy raise or contract then speak. BUT still be careful, or you will have one *ell of a miserable time. Doherty and his cronies  have sick minds, and sick minds are nothing to fool with. Especially when they are giving the orders ! !
