He's all about the ACLU, the First Amendment (as he interprets it), and Freedom of Speech (as long as someone agrees with his idiotic agenda), but the dumbass cannot bother to read the letter from his ACLU contact and post the correct information.  Not that he's known around town for posting correct anything...


Joe, it's one thing to try to find comfort after yet another stinging court defeat at the bottom of a rocks glass, but it's affecting your ability to concentrate and read a simple letter. Sober up, jackass.

FREE LEGAL ADVICE FROM JOE PILCHESKY!


This man has yet to win a court case, yet he guarantees victory if you challenge your citation for smoking (as if one has even been handed out yet).


The smoking ban is illegal. Don't comply with it. If you get a citation, argue in court that the law is illegal and cite the folowing: The Clean Indoor Air Act of 1988, Section 1235.1. If you are found guilty, appeal it immediately and ask for attorney fees. You will win in the end. (emphasis mine)


Be careful taking the free advice from this master litigator.  You'll be getting exactly what you paid for.

I don't know about the DD posters but I would advise anyone that I know to stick to the ban and do not violate this ordinance ... do you really want to pay a $300 fine for the want of a smoke ... I know that I don't! 


That is terrible advice Joe ... why don't you go ahead and win your lawsuit and then everyone can smoke again!

Grandma Walton still made more sense and was easier to understand, even after her stroke, than Granma Pilchesky makes in any of her posts now.
