Dear Mr. Pilchesky:


I know that you come here and read our site ... and that is OK ... I don't even care if you post here ... in fact I welcome and encourage you to do just that.


I do however have a problem that you do not afford that same courtesy to the posters of PD ... but then again that is why we had to create this place ... I simply ask you this question: What is it exactly you are afraid we will say ... are you afraid we will make people think ... I know that you do not care for free thinking people ... and that you need everyone to think as you think ... although you do still allow Art to post.


I am very curious about the reasons you have chosen to ban me ... I can't imagine that what I say would have a real impact on the craziness of the DD site.


I thought you stated that you believed in freedom of speech ... well I guess it's only your freedom of speech that you believe in because in my opinion you have stomped all over my right to the freedom of speech and the rights of other PD posters and I'm sure people who are not posting at either site.  You state on you home page that you believe in open and honest debate ... well I guess it's only for the people who agree with you, otherwise you ban them!  You my friend are a hypocrite ... that's right a hypocrite. 


I have many friends in this life and we don't always agree and sometimes through discussion I am compelled to admit to being wrong at times as most of us are ... afterall we are only human ... many times I learn a lot from people with whom I do not agree with.  You however don't want healthy debate ... you want it to be your way or the highway ...  what a truly boring world yours must be.  I kind of enjoy the fact that the PD posters have different views ... and are allowed to express those views ... I also am extremely impressed by the posters here at PD ... because they say what is on their minds without the vulgarity that you allow on your site ... and all I had to do was ask them in the beginning to be respectful ... imagine that ... civilized human beings discussing things without threatening violence or using vulgarity ... you can't know what that is like because you did ask your posters and yet they made a choice to ignore your request. hmmmmm imagine that.


I would like to be able to post on your site because I afford you that opportunity on our site ... you made a choice not to post here ... but you still have that option,  but I understand that you all are afraid of people who think differently than you all do ... I just felt the need today to ask again (and no I'm not begging) ... but also to let you know upfront that my views have not changed and will not change ... so I already know what your answer will be (NO). I also ask that you allow anyone to post on your site if you truly are the champion of the freedom of speech that you claim to be!

I'm not a fellow administrator, just someone on whose behalf you claim to be working.  I request a copy of the letter which prompted your Fair Use and Copyright Law announcement.  Post it either here or on your website.


I'm invoking my right to know privilege; this is a freedom of information issue.  Let's see if you're really a man and willing to share the letter.  You know you got one.  Failure or refusal to accede to this simple request will show you for what you are (a spade will get called a spade, to borrow a phrase) and invalidate every single claim you've made about upholding freedom of information.  As an administrator of a "popular" and "public" website, the frequent plantiff in numerous lawsuits in which you claim to be acting on the behalf of the citizens of Scranton, and as the self appointed spokesman agains the current administration, you sir, are a public figure.  As such, I request the the above mentioned information be posted publicly in the same manner in which you post your lawsuits and letters addressed to council.

P.S.  Your ignorant, racist lackey has permission to post this Times Leader article, and this Scranton Times article in their entirety?  As I'm sure you know, copyrights follow the article.  Just because you're pulling them from a third site, they are still copyrighted material.  Permission for one site to post it is not permission for you to post them.  (I couldn't immediately locate the first article in this post, but I think my point has been made.  You are routinely violating and allowing violations US Copyright laws.)
