The old man's suit on the Complex apparently will continue, according to his post in this thread.  What is funny, now, is how he will crow from every rooftop that he "won".

Old man, you did not win.  While not having the brains to realize what you wrote, you simply admitted to backing into another appearance because of "something that Greco said today on the record, and what he 'did not' put into his answer to my Motion for Reconsideration."  Your argument obviously wasn't strong enough to stand on it's own.  You just about came right out and said it.  Not one time did you say "my position that blah blah blah was iron clad, that's why the case moves forward."  You said "Greco made a mistake.  HAHA!  I win!"  You got by on a technicality, not on merit, dumbass.

But, if that's what your fragile little ego needs to keep you warm at night, fine.  Enjoy it.   Remember how it feels, though, because I doub't you'll be feeling that anytime soon.

Paul, you gotta give Mr P a break here...this is probably the closest he's ever come to winning, so its definately cause for celebration in DD land. Usually at this time he's at the stage of asking for 'dirt' on Judge ___________ (insert name of judge here...any judge will do).

No breaks for that crotchety old man.  He's an irritating loudmouth blowhard, and I'll call him on it on just about every turn.  If Scranton is as corrupt as he believes it is (not saying it's pristine, but come on...), the old bastard needs to just f*cking move as far away from here as he can.  He certainly is not acting on my behalf with his frivolous ego-stroking lawsuits.

It's embarassing having this strong of an opinion of him one way or another, I know it's just feeding his already overinflated ego, but jumpin' Jesus on a pogo stick, I wish he's just take his personal vendettas and go the hell away already.  He is not doing a single thing to help our city.

If I ever become Mayor (yeah, Anti, I'm Irish-Catholic, so it's almost a birthright, you racist prick), my first act will be to cede 819 Sunset St. to Dunmore, free and clear.  Scranton just doesn't want him anymore.

I'm with Paul on this one - no breaks for the chosen one.

Maybe if he starts walking on water (unfrozen please) and turning water in to wine I'll give him some props. Come to think of it, if he turns water in to wine no one will be able to drink it. Didn't he say all of the bars will go out of business because of the smoking ban?

Hi, Art.

Please do not flatter that son of a bitch by calling him the "chosen one."  No one chose him for anything.  He is "The Self Appointed One" if anything.

Happy New Year.

Denied.

Schadenfreude is beautiful, wouldn't you agree, old man?  I guess you wouldn't know; you've never experienced it as nothing you've done has been sucessful yet.  Trust me, it's nice.  As long as your ego controls your actions, we'll have it in spades over on this side of the fence.  If you weren't such an arrogant useless prick, we might actually have a shred of sympathy for you.  Instead, watching the nail get hammered once again has been delightful.

You're a Cub fan, aren't you?

EDIT:  Did anyone else notice that after the old man posted, "BAR Members" posted almost immediately afterwards, blowing sunshine, using the same metaphors and similies that the old man does?  Joe, do you even bother trying anymore?  This is one of your more obvious socks (registered yesterday, posting today, shamelessly kissing your shrivled ass, "we can't announce ourselves, as you can imagine" *cough*horse*****cough*).  Put forth some effort next time, please.  You're getting lazy in repeated defeat.

Thanks, Art.  I have more.

Another gem from one of the low-post count-kissasses in the linked thread:

"Lynetts Berlin Wall" posted: "...It sounds so selfish, but so many others can't do what you are capable of doing."   (emphasis mine.)

What he's capable of doing?  What has he done, exactly?  Surely you can't be implying that not everyone is capable of losing almost 20 lawsuits in three years.  Anyone off the street is capable of losing 20 lawsuits in such a short period of time.

Well, maybe you have a point, after all.  Most of us would have realized our suits were frivolous and pointless after four, maybe five beatings.  Not the old man, though.  He's acting with his own ego in mind, not the city's or people's best interest, as he claims.

It's been said that it's unfair to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.  That must be what he means when he says the judges are unfair.

Lynett's post also reminds me of a line from a movie.  "They said you aren't fit to sleep with pigs.  But I defended you.  I said you were." Jack Moniker (Robin Williams), Club Paradise

Paul,

I must agree with Art ... you are my favorite poster ... actually I love all of the posters here at PD ... you all do such a great job that I will soon be able to just sit back and be the administrator and leave the posting to all of you ... but you know how I love to ramble so I guess that won't be happening ... Great Job Paul.
