Ok ... so here comes yet another frivilous lawsuit ... and talk about a silly one ... now I must say that if I am a Judge who has to listen to the crap that Pilchesky is dishing out I'm going to be Pissed off.  Tying up the courts just for the sake of filing a lawsuit.

here is what they are buzzing about now ... I think if there were a buzz word to make me think of Fay and Joey P. it would definetly be lawsuit!

Maybe I am wrong. This is the first time I ever heard that you have to ask permission to speak to someone on the board, or Council. Whatever. If I am wrong correct me. I felt like I was watching HOW MANY STEPS BEFORE THE QUEEN ?    MAY I ????

That woman just loves power. There has gotta be something wrong with her. Ask her permission. Did she forget that she works for us?

Nazi Judy is federal court bound, it can't help itself, just a matter of time. What she did tonight with Fay was a clear First Amendment violation, as well as Official Oppression, a criminal violation under Title 18, section 3501.

I really hope Fay goes on with this litigation. She has EVERY right. Fay was not causing a problem. She was not out of control. She was not screaming. If anyone was out of control it was Judy. And Sherry had NO business stepping in. Judy was just waitting for her chance to get Fay. I bet she feels proud of herself. Judy is so brave with three Officers there.  Judy, Sherry and McGoff must have got a good slice of pie for this performance tonight.

Fay just about always comes to a public meeting in what I like to call Attack mode ... she pushed the School Board to this years ago ... and now here we are ... council which I am not positive but probably had this in the rules of council but didn't really have a need to enforce it until ... welll ... Mrs. Evans came around.  Fay knows how it works at a public meeting she went through this exact same thing years ago with the Scranton School Board ... Fay wanted to carry on conversations with whomever she wanted (directors) hmmmmm if I think back did she or did she not carry on some of these conversations with the same person she is now trying to talk with during a public meeting?  Hey Fay Jan was on the School Board then wasn't she? That's how long these two go back ... all the way to Jan's School Board Days.

But anyway Fay certainly knows the rules ... when at a public meeting you address the chair of the meeting ... the chair of the meeting is the President.  Sorry Fay ... you didn't win this issue with the School District and you will not win it with the City Council ... and Neither will you Joey P.  So get over yourself and follow the rules they are meant for all of us ... not just a few.

Rule of Thumb: Observe what Fay supports and how she conducts herself and then do the opposite.

Hey Fay, don't you just love that beautiful Scranton High facility?

That goofball has her fingers in waaay too many pies.  She will pick a fight with anyone if they look at her sideways, and she has been this way for years.  She is beligerent and an instigator.  She would spit on her fellow man if he happens to disagree with her, but would kiss a dog on the mouth after he bit her on the ass.

Last night she made a spectacle of herself - which was her intent when she walked through council's door.  Someone has to find her a little playmate to occupy her Thursday nights.  Give her a little sumthin'-sumthin' to take the edge off and make it a little more worth her while than pissing and moaning (at least on channel 61)
