I have a very good diet in general. I eat plenty of fruit and veg, i drink green smoothies, i juice (mainly green juice), i get healthy fats i.e. nuts (make my own almond butter too), coconut oil, olive oil etc, i eat eggs (i don't class these as dairy), i also eat lean unprocessed meat mainly chicken (usually grilled), but i am seriously struggling to meet my daily calorific needs eating what i would call clean (at least i think it is).
I seriously want to/need to put weight on! I'm 5.11" and weigh around 60kg. It's rather pathetic. I cant really afford a decent whey or rice protein.
I was just wondering if any of you can help me out with some tips? I would be so grateful for any suggestions!!
