I have been eating mixed nuts and seeds as a post workout snack for the protein and thought this was a good idea. However I recently read online that foods high in 'good' fat such as nuts and avocado are bad to eat during the 'golden hour' as they slow digestion.
What's everyone's thoughts on this? What do you have as a quick and easy post workout snack?
