I'm really worried about what I'm eating and if it's too much today for breakfast I had whole grain cereal around 7a.m & I've drank loads of water till lunch at 1pm which was chicken breast & rice! Then I had a banana & a satsuma and some cherries! For dinner I'm having a chicken salad? Just want to know I'm doing it right?
