I would like to lose weight, ive been using "my fitness pal" app for the past 3 weeks, my calorie intake has been inbetween 1200 and 1300, i exercise 5 times per week, 3 metafit classes at 30 minutes each and 2 insanity classes at 45 minutes each, i haven't lost any weight, can someone please advise me what I'm doing wrong.
