Can somebody advise on nutri-bullet smoothies? Good? Or bad?

My housemate has a NutriBullet and ever since he has moved in he has blended up various fruits using it to make fruit smoothies. He also said I could use it whenever I like, so I started making fruit smoothies using things like raspberries, stawberries, grapes, blueberries and apple, and thinking what a good idea it was, being able to use up fruit that was going to go off and use it to have a healthy smoothie with plenty of vitamins, 5 a day etc etc included.

But is this the case? I have heard and read various things saying that these types of smoothie are bad for you, because although it's natural sugar, it's still high sugar content all in one hit, which is not only bad for your body but your teeth as well. I don't really know what to make of it, are they safe to consume daily or what?

I guess you could say I am looking for the "final word" on smoothies using a NutriBullet and whether they are good or bad for you!

Any advice on this would be much appreciated, such as recommendations as to what to blend up in it as well. I am a complete novice when it comes to this sort of thing, and I do eat my fruit and veg, but I feel I would be able to consume it more easily using something like this.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
