Junk and fast foods are not a good diet plan for the health and fitness because these foods cause various health complications. Avoid more junk and fast foods and try to take more protein foods and fruits & vegetables foods.Include green tea, citrus fruits juices, fish oil, and vegetables soups in your diet to burn the body fat more effectively without and complication.
