There is no defense for this ... we stated that this would happen how long ago ... Oh how the might have fallen ... and oh how I am laughing after seeing the evening news tonight ... and Oh how proud I am of Joanne for turning in his sorry ass!

I wish I had Joanne's address I would send her a thank you card!

hummmmmmmmmmmm funny that the poster named Joan Jett is starting the topic with this heading (words enlarged, bolded and underlined by me)...... is it Joan Jett who got charged or Pilchesky? Or are they the same person lol lol ....whooooops busted again lol
It's too bad there isn't an actual, real lawyer with knowledge about Pilchesky's actions in this area.
Wait, I forgot, there is...
ATTORNEY GLENN CASHURIC!!
So, what say you to these charges ATTORNEY GLENN CASHURIC?
Now in fairness, since we are all human beings, I think that more than gives us a right to comment on how Joe Pilchesky has basically been a dirt-bag of a fellow human being by...
...blaming a suicide of the Mayor
...spreading vile rumors about the Mayor having extra-marital affairs
...falsely accusing the Mayor of committing felonies
...involving Judy Gatelli's children and grandchildren in his vile rants
...blaming the death of children on the Mayor
...repeatedly swindling posters with dozens of fake user IDs
...beating up a sleeping drunk with a tire iron
...suing a little league...
...and I could go on, and on. However, being an actual, legal attorney (as opposed to pretend kind...ha!) I'm sure you, ATTORNEY GLENN CASHURIC, probably have a special insight or two you'd like to share.

1. If we're speaking about the "unauthorized practice of law: We have discussed this matter on this board before. I thought it was an issue even without charging a fee. I warned him. I made it clear. And I told him who...eventually...would turn the tables on him. And vice versa. I paid a lot of money (too much) and spent a lot of time (too much) for the law degrees and passing the bar. Why would I ever justify something that minimizes what I have done? And I don't even like practicing law.
2. If we're still beating the dead horse of attacking family members: I have always said that family stays out of it unless they are participating in the "scheme" or benefitting from the individual's wrongdoing. If you got hired and your elected relative "abstained", you are fair game.
3. One of your accusations is not accurate as it turned out to be true. But I'm not defending the rest. Keep in mind that the newspaper "comments" section is now as bad, if not worse, than DD.

We just like razzing you a bit Glenn, but deep down inside we suspect you're a decent human being. As proof, I offer your the last sentence in your response.

If we're still beating the dead horse of attacking family members: I have always said that family stays out of it unless they are participating in the "scheme" or benefitting from the individual's wrongdoing. If you got hired and your elected relative "abstained", you are fair game. He still does. So we still point it out from time to time. What's worse? He's not even consistent. Being a misogynistic bully is one thing, but for God's sake he can't even manage to be a consistent misogynistic bully.
3. One of your accusations is not accurate as it turned out to be true. But I'm not defending the rest. Keep in mind that the newspaper "comments" section is now as bad, if not worse, than DD. Wow Glenn, that's a pretty horrid list and your best response is "...but one of them is not true!!"? Seriously? Did you read that before you typed it? I actually fell over laughing. It almost reads like a headline from The Onion: "Hitler exonerated from charges of animal cruelty".

Funny...Pilchesky neglects to also mention "...and I charged them fees" when describing his wonderful civic services to the poor and down-trodden of NEPA.

Really? care to cite one example of comments posted there that are as bad if not worse than DD?
Not about Pilchesky...he's an easy target for most people. I'm referring to the homophobic, sexist and racist comments about (a) Liz, (b) the county solicitor, (c) certain arrests, and (d) Janet and the mayor to name a few. Anonymity sometimes pulls out the nasty in folks.

In your friend's case it always nasty and here you are all connected and tied up with him and his website...and I would really still like to see an example...

All the more ironic that Joe Pilchesky makes the choice to post under multiple-but-anonymous user names on his own forum. What's more, we've shown here that he often times saves the vilest of the vile for his own alter-egos.
Oh, and for the record, while we don't post under our own names here (mainly because we don't want Joe Pilchesky, one of his minions or fake alter-egos writing bad $hit about our children...being the true coward that he really is), we've routinely kicked people out for trying to post under different names. So you may not like what I say and you may not know who I am in the "civilian" world, but you always know what comes from me. What's more, my "real" identity is known to Lus and others. A perfect model? Nope. But's is a hell of a lot better than that sewer known as DD or the Times comment section for that matter.

Read the sentence in Leslie Nielsen's voice from "Airplane!".

Sorry, while I'm skilled using Google, I can only justify giving up about 15 seconds of my life looking for that particiular gem of wisdom before feeling cheated out of more rewarding endeavors (like peeing or pondering why you can't get decent pizza in Florida). Care to elaborate?
Also, I find it curious that, in a forum where there is only one self-identified lawyer, the lawyer in question has yet to comment on the forum topic about the administrator practicing law without a license. Why the radio silence Glenn?

Maybe he knows the Bar might not take too kindly to him knowing about the fake lawyering going on and never lifting a finger to drop the dime on the dirtball.....hummmmmmm just saying.

Maybe before you accuse somebody of violating the Rules of Professional Conduct (which is extremely serious) you should learn a bit about (a) what I can and cannot do as an attorney, (b) the possibility that said code may prohibit me from "dropping the dime" on certain activity, and (c) the fact that some people never listen, no matter what the circumstances.

I am well aware of how serious it is and from your reaction I would say you are equally aware...but in the event you should be get into a legal jam never fear Joeyboy is available..... for a small fee of course lol lol lol
Not at all on my end--I warned them. And while he's only been charged with some misdemeanors, there is the potential for jail time. So this will be interesting.
Well with the current wife in jail.....the future wife on probation and suspension for her "medicine activities" and his potential stay in the slammer.....he better have managed to skim off a sizable bit of those "donations" or he is going to be downtown on Lackawanna Ave begging for lunch money lol lol lol
You're probably serious. I'd bet they're following his every move.
* * * * *
No, they are not...well, unless it's for entertainment value (as in "Hey Fred, more homoerotic porn from Pilchesky. Man, can he just come out of the closet already?"). When you see a rat, do you follow it around? No, you set a rat trap and then wait for it come out of its rat hole.
Rat = Pilchesky
Rat Trap = Allure of Pretending to be a Lawyer
