I sincerely hope that no one ever has to be illegally and unlawfully incarcerated as I was last year at this time (I spend last Easter in the Lackawanna County Prison) due to an unjust and corrupt judiciary.

Trust me, your perspective will change if you ever do become a victim of such injustice.

I challenge you to find three current or former inmates (you and Joe excluded) who will admit to being legally and lawfully incarcerated by a fair and just judiciary. 

EVERYONE in prison is innocent.  Don't you know that?  Just ask them.

I have current court documents that support that Tarapchak's license has been suspended. There is no way to upload the scanned file here, so if the admin of this site wants me to email it to him/her, I will.

The licensing board's complaint makes for horrific reading. It makes more clear why Tarapchak suffered the consequences in family court that she claimed were unjust.

And for the record, Stephanie Tarapchak is... intensely interested in becoming a lawyer (the woman has a horrible record passing bars, apparently hahahaha), which she'll handle quite easily, and when she does, she heads to the Family Court circuit, which speaks for itself.

Translated: This political attack upon her will be a gift that will keep on giving, and giving and giving.

No more so than my becoming an electrician is the only way I can get a outlet replaced in my house or becoming a plumber is the only way I can get a toilet unblocked.

Look, I don't know "Dr Candypants", nor do I ever want to know "Dr Candypants".  I have had enough negativity and drama in my life already, thank you very much, but it's pretty clear to me that, based on all I've read (including kudos to Paul for posting the April 11th doc link and other things that have been provided to me via this board about the good Doc) that "Dr Candypants" has some major $hit to deal with in her life, including:

  • Apparent perscription drug addition(s)
  • Probably the worst possible taste when it comes to male partners this side of Britney Spears
  • An inability to keep her professional life focused on her profession

and most of all:

  • An inability to properly focus on her family

She has made these choices.  No one forced her to write out fake perscriptions.  No one forced her to enter into horrendeous intimate relationships with "DB" or Joe Pilchesky.  These were choices she made that were apparently MORE IMPORTANT TO HER than her own children.  Yeah, I get it, her first marriage was bad...well guess what...so was mine.  I didn't go Ape $hit and start sleeping with the town psycho that I also happened to supply testosterone to either (town psycho...testosterone...see a connection there?).

Maybe, just maybe...call me nuts here but so be it...maybe she should focus her efforts on becoming the best possible mother she can be to her children.  That includes repairing her professional career so that she can provide for them.  That includes keeping them away from serial nut bags like Joe Pilchesky ("Paramour of the Month").  That includes keeping her own sorry ass off of sleazy message boards.

If you, MaMa Bear have issues with the legal system and how it treats parents and children in cases of divorce, then you really do have my sympathy.  I know someone who has nearly pulled her hair out in dealing with a gardian ad litem in Luzerne County, so I fully realize just how insane the system can be.  However I will not...for one second...just sit by while anyone even attempts to defend this lady.  I don't know her, but I know OFFICAL LEGAL ACCOUNTS of her actions, which is enough for me.  I also know that she supports Joe Pilchesky, a man who is nothing more than a washed-up, elderly bully who, in the absence of being able to physically intimidate people now uses the Internet and the courts to do so.  And guess what?  As I said from the very moment I joined this board years ago, I HATE BULLIES.

 

PS - Okay, just WTF is a "gaslighter" anyway?

Hypothetically speaking; What if I'm a stay at home mom that had the X put my name and number put on a bathroom wall, down town. With the use of a reverse directory, how many strange midnight door knockers and phone callers do you think that I might have gotten? How scary would that be? How dangerous for kids... creepy creepers? What if threats from the X, claiming that he could prove that I was a "HO" and take my kids might have followed that? Would that kind of gas lighting be just "Boys-will-be-Boys" stuff, [Joe? (Guess one might think that I had not ever heard that exact comment before? Mr P.? Have you? Wanna bet I might be able to guess who else may make that kind of  B.S. statement?).].

I might have hid behind a bully(?) myself, if NO one would help me protect my kids! I  might have had to "abandon" the family home too! The P.F.A. might have been worth $hit and I could have had a very hard time getting it, imo.

Joe may be an opportunist with an agenda, imo, and not a gas lighter? or an "abuser"(?) not my call?

He may have wanted to politically(?) advocate for his "damsel in distress"? idk... or care.

 If the J.P.s posted about their P.F.A." do we-the-people have a right to speak freely about that kind of issue?... political interest?

 Not defending Joann either, other side of the coin again... confuse 

I have walked away from more then 1 place. If I made it to Philly, I would have never looked back, let alone come back! If the incident leading to the granting of the P.F.A. happened in this jurisdiction, was there something in the house that was so important to Joann, that she might "risk her safety" to get at that? (Other than a child, I can't think of a thing that would be worth it?)

 For the first time in my life, I now believe at least 1 woman might have filed a for P.F.A. and might have had an agenda other than protection of self from bodily harm? imo! hmm  

I posted about gas lighting some where, (it took me years to figure out how that can happen), and I think Joann might have jumped on that thought to "explain"... Did she write.."gas-lighting"... on this site?

Pass my best wishes on to the future Att. S.T.! If she can get the "funding", I might be able to come up with a potential client list of "impoverished for no good reason" moms that might keep her in cases for a lifetime!

Be careful where you get "free' help from! One might be shocked at "How much that might cost", in the end! "Friendly Favors" in "Helping"... Pfft!... Sometimes, some might call that a Trojan Horse!"

PS. I don't know what's going on in this town or state, but when moms are pushed to the breaking point and get trashed more then the 2nd mile "club" players, something is not only wrong with the system, but also with the people in general, imo!

Perhaps she did not read the transcripts ... I don't think that they were posted at DD ... in fact I know that the were not ... and we did share them here but not publically because we did not want to hurt the children who were involved ... DB was very angry at us for that if you remember.

The Dr. is not even attempting to be a good mother ... I am telling you this if I had to go to rehab ... and I had to seek professional help for mental issues ... and submit to drug testing in order to be able to see my children ... I would do it in a heartbeat .... so feel sorry for her all you want ... that is your choice ... but don't ask for sympathy for her here because everything that is being done to her ... is being done because she would not do these small things in order to get her children back. Really ... no sympathy from me. Not for her.

That was for the loss of her medical license ... not the transcripts of her day(s) in family court ... that is quite the read.  I don't know if I kept a copy ... if I did I will forward it to you Mama ...

I didn't read the case. I believe that it may have gotten to be a very bad situation. I don't know how any good thing can come of a broken court system? Reading law books beats numbing the mind with drugs and classes beats being bedded by "hero bullies, young addicts, and/or sneaky snakes"?

That Come here and sit by me comment may be in order soon? Just a little "I told you so baby" love tap? But wait a few weeks please, as I have feeling... and it's not a good one?

I have 4 stupid questions?

1). If a guy represents the rank and file, and SUPER seniority is a perk, how does the rank and file know that the leader didn't take the position to serve his own best interests?

2). How stupid would picketers look to policy makers, if the terms had already been decided, unbeknown to the sign holders? I don't know how anyone could trust that anything is "fair" if talks are secret and blackmail is a motive to settle?

3). Why was it wrong to post the names about the Lewis case, but OK to call anyone's moms sluts,  crazies, etc. etc. etc?

4). Are there ANY good men available to represent the tax payers, workers, and/or decent people, who own property and/or live in the area? God bless and protect the children!

I wonder how many transcripts have the same key phrases?

Taking notes Dr Candypants?  I think the only mitigating circumstances here are that:

1) Joe writes like he's a latent homosexual (not that there is anything wrong with that...although if I were Les Spinder and Joe asked me to stop over his house with a jar of Vaseline I'd be worried...)

2) Joe is eldrly, so no doubt the "parts" don't work as well as they once did anyway.

True, I've won no election campaigns as a candidate, but I've had more than 20 wives.............and only three were mine, so don't argue with me about the benefits of time-released roses. And, I've waged various campaigns against a lot of candidates to their demise. See Judy Gatelli, Sherry Fanucci, Bob Cordaro, Frank Shimkus and the list goes on and on.  There are assignable reasons why Chris Doherty couldn't get out of city-level government and this site is among them.

I read the Scranton Times article...must read...including the part about Dr Feelgood smuggling drugs in her rectum into the jail.  First two article comments?  They reference that she's Pilchesky's girlfriend.  Priceless!
