There have always been rules here, but they were broken and abrogated whenever Joe decided. It wasn't fair to the hundreds of other real members to subject them to arbitrary decision-making just to suit an individual's personal purposes.

And, don't even try to school me on mockery of free speech. Where were you when Joe permitted and participated in degrading, insulting, defaming and outright lying about private persons? Did you like reading that stuff? Did you participate, too, with another user name?

And the excuse he pushed about being sued if what he said wasn't true doesn't hold water here. It's a waste of money for the other parties to sue, as we all know a retainer for a lawyer can easily start at $10,000.

Of course, most would take a case on contingency for award of damages, but, really, what could they get from Joe?

Embarrassment? How could YOU possibly know what went into building this site?
