It truly makes me wonder. If things were so bad, and there were so many parents and children affected by this Ross woman, why in the hell did he need to 'create' situations to make a point? Probably because no one's stories were as bad as he wanted them to be.

Things with this Ross woman and the whole CFS system may have been awful, but in his true form he made a complete joke out of it with his bull$hit antics. Good luck to these parents and children now.

Good point. Word on the street is dr. Candypants is no longer a doctor as of today, rumor has it her dea license was revoked on valentines day, and her state license was revoked today.

In october she signed a consent w the state, rather than take a trial to clarify her inoscents. The conscent was drafted by the state medical licensing board, it was posted at DD. Well in the consent, the good doctors license ( state) was revoked but imiedately reinstayed based on many stipulations ( probation). Some of the things on there, that she fsiled/ refused to comply w are, not taking drug test, not getting counseling for mental issues, and not maintaining her DEA license, wich was revoked on valentines day, thats when the raided her office. This info will be backed up by documents w in the next few dsys.

It's very dishartening to see a site go up that claims to allow free speech for everyone ... and when you get there and you join you find out that free speech is not free speech it is only free if you agree with Joe Pilchesky ... if you don't 100% agree with him he belittles you and then banns you from membership ... did you receive your email that says when you come around to his way of thinking that you will be allowed to post once again? I got that one Mama ... I never did come around to his way of thinking and I have been wondering how long it will be before I am banned once again from the DD site .... I don't know why it is he allows me to continue to post. His posters (I think he is poster Fanny Ubanks) are asking why he allows the people from this site to post there ... how about even if we don't agree we are still entitled to the freedoms that everyone else enjoys ... specifically the freedom to say what is on our minds and express our opinions. Oh well ... I could go on and on but I won't.

 MaMa Bear!!!!  Are you serious?  If you think for one second Stephanie T. is an innocent victim, then you are not only drinking Joe's kool-aid, but you are drunk from it.  Facts are facts, and the fact is that she is an unfit professional, an unfit parent, an unfit judger of the men she associates with, and imo an unfit human being!!!!

 It isn't he that allows you to continue to post. It's me. That is what the continuous conflict is on the site. You put it up, he deletes it, I put it back up, he deletes it. I allowed anonymous posting because to allow more of a free speech commentating environment, because Joe filters who he wants as members. Anonoymous posting opened that wide up.

I don't know if it was a good idea but I did it anyway.

BTW, Fanny Eubanks is not Joe, but is a Joe Pilchesky wanna be.

 I don't care what you choose to believe Mama. I lived with that bully for enough years to know when he should be considered dangerous especially when he educated me day in and day out as to read him.

He shoved me with his entire body, chest to chest, just like they do in wrestling. He threatened to hurt me. You know, the old defense of, Judge I was just telling her what I was going to do, and that doesn't mean I was going to do it. After his claims to me that he never 'touched' a woman in anger, I found that to be a sign that he was in dangerous territory. Add to that his use of testosterone shots, most likely unmonitored, and you've got potential raging bull. Was I going to wait until he actually did severe damage to me? I think not.

Does the end justify the means? In other words, does Joe's misconduct get forgiven because he had a message board where only certain topics and members could post, and it just so happened that the Kids4Kash topic was used to manipulate success for Stephanie?

 Joanne ... the ends never justify the means ... Joe will not be forgiven his misconduct because he ran a message board ... his message board did more harm to people ... innocent people ... the children and family of public officials ... those people did not run for office ... and should have been off limits ... a public servents private life should not be fodder for rumors and innuendo on a message board ...

As for Stephanie ... I don't think there is going to be anyway that she will wiggle out of her problems ... she needs rehab ... she needs councling ... and then she needs a parenting class ... then maybe she can see her children ... what everyone forgets is this ... it's not about the adults ... it's about what is best for the children ... I read the transcripts ... I saw what Stephanie said and I read the excuses she made for not complying with the Judges orders ... not good enough ... most mothers would walk through fire to regain their children ... but all Stephanie seems to want to do is cry about it ... actions speak much louder than words!

Stay strong Joanne ... he won't beat you if you stick with the truth ... because right is might ... and the truth always wins out in the end ... Joe is not capable of speaking the truth!  This is simply one person's humble opinion.

When I discovered that Joe was attacking people outside of the system that he claimed he wanted to fight, I started to hold him accountable by publicly posting and questioning his and Stephanie's statements of facts.

I actually got banned, edited and deleted a few times.

I didn't manipulate any information in that thread, and I didn't post any lies, rumors or defamatory statements either. Joe actually posted under his own name and a few false names, ethnic slurs against Bruce Levine, and Joe also physically threatened him in a post.

So which innocent do you refer to when you ask if I went after them? The topic discussion was way off base in terms of what it could have done to expose the corruption and provide tools that litigants could use to protect themselves and their children.

Doesn't it also make you sad that Joe Pilchesky attacked the children of public officials, too? What about Judge Moyle's kids, or Donna Doherty's kids?

Did you think that was right for Joe to hurt those kids in order to help other kids?

Where do you, as a person, draw the line? Or is it all okay just because you've been harmed in family court and anything used to expose it is allowed?

If your answer is yes, then you are no better than the very system that you're fighting.

Joanne ... when I say public officials that is included ... it makes me incredibly sad whenever Joe attacks children and then he tries to justify it ... in my mind there is no justification at all!
