The queen is toast (politically speaking), and she has managed to take down the political careers of three others in the process. The next (elected) mayor, should he run, is Bill Courtright. The council? Should be a whole new bunch of players in 2013, because Rogan can't run, Joyce can't win, and she will finally get her ass handed to her no matter what office she holds.
Dutch has absolutely no impact on her standing as council president. All the people see is a mayor who is incapable of managing a city and a council that has been proven incapable of even slowing down the decline.
What happened to Janets Super Duper Majority that was going to run over this mayor? Hmmmmmm ... not delivering what she promised ... hmmmmmmm .... she never was my cup of tea! I know her personally and never a more phony person have I ever met!
