Unfortunately kids aren't able to pick their parents, that is when a child has a selfish parent that decides to chose drugs sex and alcohol over being w the child, we have a justice system that protect the children, exactly the situation. Unfortunately their is evil people in this world, like pilchesky that manipulate these children into believing that mom doesn't have a problem and that the problem is the " broken court system and a jealous father". These poor kids are being hurt, because they think dads a bad guy for keeping them away from ok for no reason. So know they are frustrated w dad because of pilcheskys false allegations and manipulation. Thank god lcfc has a guardian program to protect these children's well being. And I'm confident after the investigation, the feds will determine after seeing how incredible Dr and co are. They'll realizevthe allegations are nothing more. It's ashamed mom just won't get help, that would resolve this whole thing. I.think any parent would agree that if alls they had to do was urinate in a cup to see their children unsupervised, they would ! That is unless they were hiding something, something thst would potentialy put the children at harm. Such as phentermine or alcohol.

i just recieved a copy of the schulkill county court order, i was gonna email the moderators it, but honestly i am repulsed by it. If you think the other stuff was disturbing, this is extremely disturbing. The court states right in it, the find nothing dr tarapchak says credible, finds several witnesses for the opposing party.

It's time to stop the rants about this individual.  No good is being served here.  To the extent that this person is involved with Joe Pilchesky AND she inserts herself into his public dealings, then I'd say she's a valid topic for discussion.  Otherwise her other issues are just that...her issues.  I say delete all references to this person here at PD.

joe pilchesky and Dr t. Vrs Ross n lcfc. You think its fair for rosses children to read allegations about their mother? I think anything I sent you guys is publi info, its public info for a reason. An old man forms a site that cosist of lies, he does a great job at manipulating the public to believe his bs, so a few people create an anti pilchesky site, because they realize the man's a psychopath. First of all I suggest (since you do not have editing rights) that before you post you first compose your thoughts in a word document. Then edit, revise, punctuate and word spell....after which you can cut and paste here. I for one am having a very difficult time reading your posts. I am not trying to be rude I am simply telling you the truth. I am not sure what it is you are saying a good deal of the time.

Second if I understand you right for some reason, you are desperate to trash the Dr. and that is fine but to do that children are being dragged through the mud. Won't happen here! I don’t care “if others are doing it” we don’t! Period! (Frankly the urgency of your posts indicates a personal involvement of some kind. I assume she wounded you in some way?)

Third our purpose is to offer a counter position to the views across the hall…not to be just like them.Other than in a true physical confrontation (for instance in war) I do not believe in an eye for eye. If that woman and Joeyboy are in fact inflicting harm on those children through misinformation and manipulation it will not be our part to further confuse and damage them by throwing them under the bus so we can “help” them.

Fourth since you seem to have a personal attachment to this situation I suggest if you really care about the children as you claim, that you attempt to help the children in legitimate ways; such as contributing to the body of information the family courts needs to make informed decisions. I further suggest you stop pursuing a personal vendetta against their mother and joeyboy camouflaged as concern for the children.

Lastly…we have run this website (and by we I really mean Lus) quite well for these last few years. We don’t trash people just because we “don’t like them”.We have attempted to mitigate the damage Joeyboy and Edith heaped on anyone who didn’t bow down to them or who wouldn’t kiss Janet Evans ass.(I am sorry but I don’t think Edith is a nice person… nice people wouldn’t hang around with that loon and participate in the character assassinations as she did with her eyes wide open.) If this new woman begins to join in the fun at other peoples expense and inserts herself in to the public view I assure you she will receive no cover from us. HOWEVER HER CHILDREN, HER DIVORCE AND HER CUSTODY ISSUES WILL REMAIN WHAT THEY ARE>>>>>PERSONAL ISSUES.

Insider, I don't know who you are or what the ulterior motive is, but STOP. We are not going to post your documents. Yes they are public records, but if someone actually feels the need to read them, they can go to the prothontary's office, look them up and read them for themselves. I agree with IHave - you seem to have more than a tenuous attachment to the doctor. It seems to me as if you want this woman dragged through the mud for something done to you. We'll kick some mud on her if it is deserved, but we will not be the one to throw her (or her children in this case) into that disgusting bog.

If that's what you feel needs to be done, then starting a site just like pilcheski's for ten bucks a month might be right up your alley. The stuff in those documents is that disgusting? Then ten bucks a month shouldn't be that much of a financial hardship for you to pay for what you think is the right thing to do. Have at it, buddy - and be sure to send us a link so you can rub our collective noses in it.

Joanne Pilchesky has made herself a public figure via DD ... the Dr. may post there but she does not own the site. Joe Pilchesky and Joanne Pilchesky are very public figures this area and have by choice made it that way for themselves ... the Dr. did not.

Printer Friendly Already pushing 19,000,000 hits. Things are getting more and more interesting in this county with the exposure of so much corruption in the Family Court system. There's no way I can leave knowing that so many innocent victims, both adult and child, are being driven to near suicide over the Kids for Kash scheme being implemented there. I have to stay, but I have to make a decision on being the best I can be or just navigate along somewhat crippled by a lack of resources, aka, money to run this place and continue to drag the government into court to right the wrongs. Don't be surprised if this site becomes pay-to-say. There has to be a financial resource to be formidable and that's the only way I can see accomplishing that. Apparently, advertising may be something I have to consider. I've resisted that until now, but if it puts some money in the till to operate more efficiently and effectively, that's another consideration.
