Free speech really isn't free at all.� We didn't have any until Joe came around, so it was extremely expensive.� Now that we have it I think it's time to put a price on it.� Where would we be without this site?

In the dark where we've been for over 100 years now.� Others have tried what Joe has done but they didn't last very long when the powers that be moved on them.� When the powers that be moved in on Joe and Joanne they pushed back and here we are today able to speak our minds and listen to the minds of others.

Well, don't forget, he's going to have spousal support to pay soon. All of Mr. Conrad's money is long gone, and he's got no property of his own. Sure he's looking for handouts.

Insider ... I did get the email and have tried to upload it ... but due to the fact that I do not pay for this site it will not allow me to attach the file.  I am sorry ... if anyone else can figure out a way to do it I would greatly appreciate it ... it is a 132 page document so copy and paste would not be an option ... I have no idea how to share this particular document without costing myself $9.95 per month.

Like the is she credible thread!? I asked Joe to.post it on DD, but unfortunately he wouldnr, because it discredits him more then that time he beat that sleeping drunk w a tire iron. I wonder what the feds thought about the doc when Joe gave them her file, he is setting her up just like he did Jo. I mean they can cry corruption all day long in lackawanna family court, I wonder what theory excuse is why she lost custody, and only has supervised visitations in schuylkill county, she has way more politically pull then her baby dady

Lus, you know I am the first one to question any document received from an anonymous source, but I've kept my mouth shut because I haven't been a familar force around here for some time.

It would certainly be in your best interest to check everything out before you post anything delivered from an anonymous and unfamiliar poster. Especially something so voluminous.

Sorry Insider, but I don't know you well enough to trust you or your documents, and you seem hell bent on this site making them public. If they are so derogatory against pilcheski, why don't you send the docs directly to the feds?

Im sure Lus was in full suspense reading them and already reviewed it closely, I'm sure he did question some things in there. Them transcripts are very disturbing, esp the part were all she has to do to see her children unsupervised is take a urine test. And she fails to do that.

Honestly I could careless if you post them, I'm offering you information that more then discredits Joe Pilchesk. These are articles that I been hell bent on telling this board any average Joe can receive at the court house, And as for the feds, you think lcfc is the only investigation goin on up there? Like I stated in the past, pilchesky picked the worse case ( tarapchak) to expose corruption..

Honestly at this point I can give two ****s what goes on here, after today I have no more interest in this ****. Pilcheskys n tarapchak will be there own worse enemys, DD followers are brain washed. And pilcheskys will continue to manipulate the public because no one on here has any balls to contradict him with transparency. I have not been sued yet, because anything I stated I have proof of! And they know it. I have info and documents they don't even think I have, but I promise you this them documents are part of an imvestigation.

Wonder if you want but I assure you that this board does not belong to Pilchesky ... I cannot put that document up because unlike Pilchesky I do not pay for this site and therefore I can't put it up. You don't have to believe me ... but that's the god's honest truth ... and I am not going to commit to paying a $9.95 bill every month just so I can put up this document. Not gonna happen. We are trying to figure out how to put up some of the document because as Ag mentioned we will not put anything up that hurts an innocent bystander ... not gonna happen. That right there should tell you that Pilchesky is not running this site.

We care about stomping on the feelings of other people ... he doesn't give a $hit about anyone other than himself.

You two want this up ... yeah it shows that the Dr. and Pilchesky are no good and rotten cheaters ... but if this goes up and one of her children happen upon this site and read this they get hurt ... and I am not liking the thought that I and this site would be the ones to hurt them.

Put yourself in their shoes ... would you want to read that if you were one of them? I don't think so ... and you can think that this is a Pilchesky site all you want ... it isn't ... I don't like the guy ... but it's not going to hurt him putting this up ... it's only going to hurt innocent children ... so I have to wonder what is the motivation of insider ... what role does he play in this whole sorry story? He is hell bent on us putting this up as another poster pointed out and well ... after reading and re reading it ... I am not sure that we even want to put up any part of this. This is a private persons personal life ... it's not the Divorce proceedings of Joe and Joanne Pilchesky ... who made themselves public figures ... these are private people with private lives ... and I for one do not want to be on the business end of a lawsuit over this. Hopefully you understand that ... and if you don't ... Oh well ... I don't know what to tell you ... this is not going up.

I agree. But the deceit is that Pilchesky wants readers to believe that he is the one who accomplished something that never happened. The doctor ended up with supervised visitation in both counties for both sets of children. 

Moyle recused herself not because of claims Pilchesky made in the petition he wrote for the doctor, but because of other issues which are under investigation right now.

The doctor has been through at least five lawyers, and not because they screwed her. She is an uncooperative client in ways her children should never be allowed to know about.

The deceit is that Pilchesky slandered the father on that board and made vulgar statements about the father. Did he consider that the children would be reading that stuff? Did the doctor care that her children would be reading that stuff about their father?

But when people wanted to post facts about the character of the mother, Pilchesky deleted comments, edited comments, banned posters.

That picture of the syringe of testosterone was most likely put up by Pilchesky himself to get something out of the doctor, most likely more money or sex.

Pilchesky may not care ... and the Dr. may not care ... but I for one do care and it will not be this site that causes these children further pain in their lives. I am taking a stand on that ... I will back up the fact that I read them and yes it's quite disgusting. But it's not for public viewing on this site. If you read our rules you will see that the one thing we never ever want to do is to hurt innocent people ... especially when those innocent people are children and for that fact alone I have to say that we cannot post these transcripts.

I have no doubt in my mind that Pilchesky is posting under one of his hundreds of assumed names about this ... but lets take the high road and be better than that site and the kids across the hall.

Lus...thanks.  As we chatted via email, I too am concerned that there are children involved.  I kept thinking about, years ago, when Mayor Doherty's son attended Scranton HS...just when Joe Pilchesky and his minion of IDIOTS were posting about him having an affair with a member of his cabinet.  That was complete BULL****...and this information about Pilchesky and the other party may be factually correct...but never the less we have a higher standard to uphold precisely because there are innocents involved.

In the end we HAVE TO BE DIFFERENT than DD and Joe Pilchesky.

It's ashame pilchesky can't be a descent human being, nor dr.t. they posted gross false allegations about those children father. I guess them children should go on knowing lies, lies pilchesky painted for them. There's a father fighting tooth and nail to keep his children safe from a drunk drug addict mother, while they make him look like the bad guy and dr.t look like mom of the year that is a victim of family court corruption. Whats hurting these kids is lies!!!! from mom and poppy Joe. I respect the fact you guys don't want to post them. I just glad a few of you mode got the chance to read what kind of mother these childrwn have, to show that our court system isn't that bad, the only thing trays bad is a mother that pics drugs, booze and sex over her children. Unfortunately I disagree I think everyone of her inoscet patients and children need to know the truth. After all its Dr t that wants the children to be in the court room. I'm not her to undermine your decision, but to just speed my free speech. As far as my motive and my involvement. I had been medically, emotionally, mentally abbused by this women. I first hand know how dangerous this women is. To herself, her children and society. Let's talk about safety of children. In the Ashland police archives, you will find a police report of a 3 and a half year old alone walking up the middle of route 61 a block away from her home alone, that was the daughter of Dr t. Route 61 is an extremely busy highway that ru.s threw Ashland were the Dr resides. Thank god a gentleman was leaving the local tavern and notice the child pondering onThe highway, and called the police.

Grammy, I'm glad someone else sees what's going on. Pm me, I'm new to these forums, but there are hundreds of lives at risk in the hands of Dr syephanie tarapchak. And I'm sure there are dozens of single mothers possible.fathers getting manipulated out of money and sexual favors by Joe. Maybe we can start our own thing?

The reason I joined this site is from a specific topic, is she credible..... I think not. You guys originally questioned her credibilty, I come along to give answers..... That's my motive.... But it looks like I justified what I had to do here. My second motive is because I hate liars, and people that manipulate the public, so by proving to people like I was advised to authenticate my allegations a short.while back, by senior members of the board. Sometimes the truth.hurts. but sometimes it heals
