Thank god we have people lime Danielle Ross and judge moyle to protect the children from these screw balls. DD is filled w a bunch of bad patents that the judge sees right threw them that bitch and moan, that they get the shaft because their poor parenting
I wonder if the people w the suits are going to be sitting in the tarapchak case tommorow, Joey boy and qualified to save doctor from them guys. Can't cry corruption from them guys. It won't be long till the truth comes out about doctor and I'm not talking family court, I'm talking criminal.
Insider...you can certainly post something that you "hear", but I draw the line at things like alleged drug abuse, suicide and the like. Also, "Dr T" has apparently made herself a party to all of this...assuming that it is really her...but there were references to civilians who clearly have not made such decisions. Judges and attorney's who are practicing law in public courts can certainly be referenced in factual ways, but would stop there and not reference anyone else.
Bottom line: stop posting gossip and rumor as facts. We all think that Joe Pilchesky is a dirt-bag, but we don't need to lower ourselves to his level at this site.

This time there was no dirty judge in the form of Margie Moyle, because she was petitioned to remove herself. This time, Dr. Tarapchak had a lawyer in Atty. Melanie Naro who didn't sell her out, like Jim Mulligan did. After years of Atty. Campolieto, Mr. Tarapchak's lawyer, trying to brand Dr. Tarapchak as a drunk and a drug addict, the court determined that neither is true after hearing three days of intense direct examination from Dr. Tarapchak on the witness stand; and two days of testimony by Mr. Tarapchak's witnesses, who were repeatedly proven to be liars, and admitted to it under oath when pressed by Atty. Naro.
Mr. Tarapchak also launched a nasty smear campaign against Dr. Tarapchak before the Pa. State Board of Licensing, attempting to have her license suspended, and based upon the exact same false testimony. At a recent hearing in Harrisburg, the Board found no credible evidence to support suspending her license.
The shoe is on the other foot now.
This is a post from Joe pilchesky. This whole statement is a lie. First in foremost the hearing was not in favor of doctor, second naro did ****, and no one was caught lying besides dr tarapchak.
How ever there was evidence of dr tarapchak giving her child drugs, dr tarapchak still has supervised visits because she refused to take a drug test in august. Judge moyle said of she took a drug test Stephanie could have unsupervised visits. Her using drugs was more important than seeing her children once again. Dr tarapchak was given a drug test a few weeks ago, wich she came up hot for phentermine ( speed) this is underinvestigation.
The truth about dr tarapchak and her license hearing Thursday. Pilchesky said one thing that was true She was schedule for a hearing in Harrisburg. Rather then her going forth with the hearing, she took a plea. Pretty much the dr is on probation, pending drug testing and psych Evals.
Of Joe p is gonna chalk that up as a win for dr, then he apparently is setting her up like he did Joanne. Dr tarapchak possible may be looking at child endangerment, time will tell, but when you give your sixteen your old Xanax and she

He can pretend to expose the truth. Lu's Only Voice, the transcripts are public record. You're not allowed to have copies of them, but you can read them in the file. Joe is lying about the Tarapchak case.
