Pat Rogan once again threatening and betraying stability and survival of supermajority.

I've received enough phone calls, emails, letters and private messages to feel confident about discussing what is going on with Pat Rogan and his covert involvement in the council race.
Rogan is NOT in support of Loscomble. [then again, Rogan a republican]
He IS in support of Piccolino and McGoff, and only Piccolino and McGoff. Here's why: Pat Rogan's brain is on auto-pilot with all navigational instruments set to install him in the Council President's chair by and through the re-election of McGoff and the election of Piccolino. The plan is simple if that is accomplished. He gets Piccolino's vote for president in exchange for election votes and McGoff presumeably adds his support, thereby displacing Evans as president. That's not out of reach. Supermajority evacuated.
Betrayal brings out the best in me, which, when appropriately processed by those who understand what I do, means it brings out the worst in me, politically speaking.
As a deposit on my retaliation for Mr. Rogan's instant betrayal, on Monday morning I will file suit against Controller Roseann Novembrino, which will speak for itself. She will be sued for her gross incompetency, breach of duty, failure to comply with mandates of her office, dishonest services, negligence, fraud, misappropraition of funds, abuse of office, abuse of authority, complicity to defraud the taxpayers of the City of Scranton, constitutional violations of oath of office, breach of confidence and, of course, misuse and abuse of many governmental resources. Appropriate discovery in the nature of written interrogatories and requests for documents will timely follow. All documents will be published here. See Pilchesky v. Gatelli. That's on the State side. RICO comes to mind on the Federal side, which, of course, would involve other defendants, like the mayor. I have supporting documents stacked to the ceiling in this regard.
If Loscombe loses.
1. Barlettadeceit.com comes to life and shall be appropriately advertised throughout this Congressional district. I'm being hounded for that anyway by folks south of here. Mr. Barletta will be fully briefed on the negative and politically vicious intent of said site, and who is responsible for its creation. Mrs. Barletta will not be pleased. Mrs. Doherty, on the other hand, will be. 2. Several very prominent republicans will suffer the publication of court documents mined from the Lackawanna County Clerk's office, [as well as other counties] to include the criminal, civil and family court divisions, as relates to their own misconduct of past, as well as that of family members and political allies. 3. Questionable business relations of several very prominent republicans will be discussed at length on this site supported by corporate documents, pictures and campaign finance reports. 4. In regards to Mr. Rogan, some will confuse this site with the show, "This is your Life, Mr. Rogan". 5. The four ongoing affairs among staff in the Office of the District Attorney will be exposed and the cards will fall where they fall. They mean nothing to me. That's what divorce court is for. 6. Pat "Mr. Fiorelli's Catering" O'Malley will want Rogan's nuts in a jar, and I'll help him to get them. Minced!

Well, he isn't really asking for anything. He's not demanding property or services, and nobody is being requested to perform or refrain from performing any action.
"If Loscombe loses" could just easily be interpreted as "if it snows tomorrow". So my answer is no.
Yes, he is. But from whom? The public at large? And how reasonable is it to expect somebody to be able to control thousands of votes? I see the reasoning, but so does he. It isn't blackmail or extortion.
I would see this as telling Rogan he better to be very visible in supporting a candidate that the bald jerk has picked or else.... He is also making it clear he wants Barletta to ensure the same outcome or Barletta will pay with a similar website named after Barletta. That tells me he wants Barletta to strong arm people into supporting a candidate again being choosen by old baldy.....That may even be voter intimidation and voter fraud as well. Oh and for the record since Lascombie has not publicly denounced these strong arm tactics on his behalf....he can count on me and my family and friends to not vote for him.
Evans must feel she is losing control of the council and has the old goat doing her dirty work for her ...As usual she can always find a stupid man to be her goat when she needs a dirty job done.

Sort of like if you can't arrest incompetence, you can't prosecute bluster?
I don't think he meas what he says anyway. How many times has he promised these same things and low and behold we are still waiting. And why would he sue Rosanne Novebrino because of Rogan ... there is the question of the day.
I took it to mean if Rogan does not immediatley begin showing public support for Loscombe then these things will happen ... I think that's blackmail but hey I'm not a lawyer wtf do I know.

I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
This is how Joe Pilchesky makes himself feel somehow relevant, important, meaningful, etc....by simply engaging in some good-old fashioned bullying.
Note that if he really wanted to be relevant, important, meaningful, etc he could actually run for office himself, but why then deprive his ego of the opportunity to slap some folks around on the Internet? Besides, having no real life of his own, he can afford to spend all his time engaging in mindless, losing, frivolous lawsuits.

Looks like JOey BOy hand to eat crow on this one (apparently Pat Rogan is introducing Loscombe at rallies and openly supporting his election) or got scared for politically threatning government officials (especially a sitting congressman - remember the tea party threats) - either way the post mysteriously disappeared from JOey LAnd. However, JOey BOy along with the rest of his Dolts fail to realized that once they type and post something its' out in the electronic nether world forever, especially if the some of majic words are used that have the post captured on government servers. Case in point one of the last posts in that thread before it majically disappered is an exchange between Glenn (black type) and JOey BOy (blue type).
I did. And I think that any suspicion or fears about behind-the-scenes subterfuge is unwarranted.
I don't like what's in the air. Reversing the city into a positive direction under public officials with an interest in honest government, or at least as honest as possible, has been a particularly daunting and challenging task. It's also been an expensive task. It's been substantially eventful in terms of sacrifice and risk. It's been politically bloody in those trenches.
Let's be honest. Nobody on that council has cured cancer. That's the problem with not putting the mayor in his place even though there have been ample opportunities to do so. An across-the-board tax cut sounds and plays great, but were there better alternatives? Will the parking program even be implemented since the mayor now has no incentive to play along? Missed opportunties galore.
But the council has been a collective step in the right direction. And Pat Rogan has played a big part.
It's disturbing enough that a school kid sits in the place where a mature, vested adult belongs Like who? You needed three who could win. He won. but it gets more disturbing when his political ambitions/loyalties sound/reflect in disrespect for a.) what's best for the people who pay the bills in this city; I think he's doing fine. He's a good counterbalance for the rest. b.) the accomplishment of securing a supermajority; The supermajority was a perfect storm that is extraordinarily hard not only to replicate but also to even keep intact. It requires running the table every two years. and c.) recovery from 8 years of Doherty corruption, graft and theft. Mr. Rogan is not enabling any of that.
Pat Rogan is too young, immature and stupid to understand loyalty to the sacrifices and energy that elected him. Oh, let's talk loyalty. He doesn't live it because he doesn't know how to live it. He's not thinking about the people. He's thinking about Pat Rogan! That's politics. He should not be required to sacrifice himself for no reason. There hasn't been anything monumental enough to require such an action.
Whoever it is that is on the mentor end of Pat's puppet strings is stupid. Clear and simple. Stupid. That person(s) has already three-times exposed Pat. Who's getting angry? Fay? He's not there to rubber-stamp. That was the main reason for bouncing Mrs. Gatelli and Mrs. Fanucci-whatever.
Pat Rogan has not yet fully paid those toiled for him.Neither has anybody else, particularly the Appointed One. He is obligated to pay it in full.
His loyalty belongs to the people who paid for it. The right to the expectation of his loyalty was well-settled when he received our loyalty in the voting booth.
That term of loyalty is four years. The conclusion of that four years is when he can safely announce a departure from said obligation to the benefit of his own political ambitions. And he will be there for a full four years. Will he be able to "supermajoritize" for the last two? Unknown, but probably. Not a problem.
Breach of Rogan's loyalty due and owing imports consequences that will be directly/indirectly attendant to his political ambitions, and pregnant with collateral damage of the republican kind without mercy.
If you have damaging information (of the legal sort) about any of the Republicans, particularly a candidate who will most likely become the next minority commissioner, you should make it public. Basing your decision on what Mr. Rogan does on council runs contrary to your purported mission with this site.
