I won't bore anyone with the "where" of Joey-boy's diatribe at City Council meetings instead of the Commissioner's meeting where it would be applicable....suffice to say it is always the "Ediths" that are the last to know...aye ladies? <wink> <wink>.
I will however put forth my thoughts on the "why" of his diatribe and the "when".
I found it interesting that after all this time he now decides to "enlighten" the public and his bottom dwellers about the so called bad judges....why now?? (oh ya Lynn? Check the Times archives Joey-boy calls his followers bottom dwellers not me.) It occurs to me that it must be getting close to the conclusion and decision by the judge on his many stalling appeals to avoid Edith's trip to the big house soooooooooooooo
1. If the decision goes well he can claim he "scared" the Judge into doing his will. 2. If the decision goes badly he can claim retribution for his "calling out" the bad eggs in the judicial system.
lol either way he can claim to be a hero....what a putz....
Well Art if you look back at some of the posts on the subject of Edith going to the pokey ... you will see where Joe tried to blame it on Chris Doherty ... so I do believe IHave is right on this one.

My favorite part of her trial was when Pilchesky hired Doherty's cousin as his lawyer and then complained about the job he did. How did Mr. Smarts ever think it was a good idea to hire his mortal enemy's blood relative?

Easy...because when Edith lost...which she was bound to do...he had someone other than his felonious wife to blame. About as subtle as a rottweiler.

JOey BOy is the classic fame whore, nothing less, nothing more. Whereas Kate Gosselin and Snookie create drama for attention, JOey BOy does it the best way he can at a local level. But he needs a way to stand out from the rest of the bitter disgruntled loons who speak out each week during the QUeen JAnut therapy session on ECTV.
The "bottom feeders" down the hall stroke JOey BOy's ego with starry eyed visions of 70,000 viewers (try more like 70 if your lucky and all of them are college students playing a drinking game based upon the loons weekly diatribes) and now the latest absurdity - local high school teachers assigning their students to watch an old man stumble and stammer his way through a speech where he throws in $5 words to sound impressive (Hint JOey BOy, don't use words you can't pronounce and practice, practice, practice).
JOey BOy – "local political activist" or just some bald headed speech impaired loon who likes to speak last…
$50 bucks says M-7 never saw this coming when they convinced JOey BOy to be their proxy.

Hey FDSP do you have any idea who the other 6 are from that group....I think it would be interesting to see who the players are that started this ball rolling.
All I know about M-7 PAC is: That on 6/23/2005 a Non-Profit entity was created and registered in Pennsylvania. The address listed as the registered office of M-7 PAC is 819 Sunset St., Scranton, PA 18509. M-7 PAC does not list a mailing address.
I believe that in the begining of M-7 PAC days, JOey BOy refered to M-7 PAC Inc., as a duly registered and organized political action committee in the state of Pennsylvania, and that JOey BOy was its' President. Since then you only see M-7 PAC on Edith's Doherty Deceit web page. If they are a PAC as they claim, to date they haven't filed any of the required documentation and paper work required by the government, election boards or IRS.
There are a few Red Flags with regards to M-7 PAC as a real political action committee. First, a political action committee (PAC) registers as a PAC on a Federal or State level or with a County Election Boards depending on what types of candidates they support, how they solicit and distribute their money and support. Second, PACs don't register as a Non-Profit Corporation with PAC in their names, they register as a PAC with the appropriate government entity that regulates the PACs (see the first red flag). Third, PACs when they properly register must list as a minimum a President and Treasurer. Fourth, there are strict guidelines and timely reports that must be filed with regards to solicitations and donations (soft & hard money), how those donations are dispersed to candidates or causes and listings of the bank account used to hold and distribute funds. The government and IRS are very diligent in ensuring a authentic registered PAC follows the rules and regulations and makes timely disclosures of their activities and money trails.
Bottom line - a group of disgrunted politicos connected to Scranton attempted to reshape the political landscape through a third party, and while some of it has worked, a majority of it hasn't. Sleep tight M-7.
