Why, isn't there someone to cry that the supermajority didn't put enough starch in its collar at the last meeting or that it's wasting its time passing legislation that doesn't please someone who doesn't even live in the City of Scranton? 

Or, is it that there isn't someone to continue to advocate propoganda in the nature of councilman/child/two-face/party betrayer/rebublicrat Pat Rogan is the future face of the City of Scranton?  He's not!

For the record; Mr. Cashuric requested to be banned permanently. His call, not mine. His political wit was truely sometimes unique, but his criticisms of Scranton City Council were more times than not unjust, unwarranted, groundless and clearly cloaked in bias because the Evans camp somehow pissed him off. While all that can and should be enjoyed under the broad protection of free speech, Mr. Cashuric often offered this over-worked Administrator "extra" unneccessary work because he enjoyed splintering topics to his selfish delight, causing this Administrator to have to merge then where they belonged. Translated, he often got on my nerves, causing me to give his "splintering propensities" time I didn't have.

His very last post was a selfish demand to remove all of his postings in a thread that he started because as the thread grew and the attendant events changed I edited the title of the topic to keep readers aware of all changes in events. I do it all the time to the benefit of keeping relevant topics together, so readers don't miss anything. Mr. Cashuric was insulted that I had the audacity to edit a thread he started, which he had originally titled, but which needed to be updated because the original title was rendered stale with the passing of time and the addition of new information. 

I responded to his selfish demand by publicly telling to grow the fvck up. That was his punishment. Hardly more than a slap on the wrist. I didn't take any action to ban him, nor did I intend to. I merely characterized my response in true Cashuric fashion, which was half on the smart-assed side and half on the grow-the-fvck-up side.  He responded with a request [text] to permanently ban him. I complied. He could have deleted his account if he chose to, or simply stopped posting, but instead he elected a childish attempt at manipulation, which I rewarded with probably the first slap on the ass he's ever received in his life.

I'm guessing he's an only child, but I'm not his mother and I don't have the time or the desire to administrate more than required, which is quite heavy the way it is. He asked to be permanently banned. Reinstatement is in his hands.
