If I were a convicted felon, busted for stealing from my dying father, I'd probably refrain from offering my opinion in a thread about a principal who is being investigated for, but hasn't been accused of (or charged with anything, Researcher ), tapping into a slush fund.  That's pretty much common sense. 

But, then again, common sense also dictates you don't steal from your dead father, so there you go...
