Yes, when the Mayor isn't busy causing the deaths of small children in fires, having various sundry extra-marital affairs, getting a job in the state government, or being investigated by the FBI, he apparently is (according to serial-litigant Joe Pilchesky) busy trashing swimming pools.

Total bullshyt. I took pics of those restroom two years ago. While they were far from pristine, they weren't dilapidated, either.  There was some water damage, but the roof was done two years ago. 

Don't put it past Doherty to thrash the restrooms.  He had the water turned on mid-January in 05 up at the pool house at Nay Aug so the pipes would freeze, burst and flood the place.  That's how we ended up with a new pool house worth $35,000, but it cost us $335,000.00.  Built by PACE.  Architect: Hemmler and Camayd - huge crony contributors.
