Printer Friendly When one man is so possessed of conceit, self-adulation, greed and arrogance, he should run for mayor.  Scott Pilarz is such a man.  (So is that notorious tool, Joe Pilchesky) Such possessions are the qualifications that Chris Doherty relied upon to win the seat of mayor three times, and he's eyeballing number four.  (And Pilchesky possesses the same "qualifications" in excess, but has squat to show for it.  Why is that?)

If only.......the windbag doesn't have the sack to announce he'll be running for Mayor. Even if convicted felons and the mentally incapable could serve.  Multiple messageboard IDs cannot cast enough votes, dikhead.
