Jim Wansacz's wife, Maria, is the daughter of Richard Cherferi (sp?), retired Mt. Pocono teacher who is first cousins with a fella by the name of James Calogero, nickname, Jazbow. 

According to my sources, this James Calogero runs a pretty suspicious operation. He's the former owner of Glint of Gold, but still owns four other stores in Peckville, Pittston Ave., Scr., N. main Ave., Scr., and in Exeter.  Deals a lot in cash, and when he buys gold, he weighs it in pennyweight, which is a ripoff to the seller.  

James has two sons, Carlo and Michael, who run Internation Jewelry Exchange and Jewelry Traders.  Michael's wife is Jolene, the daughter of Marty Wheeler, longtime constable and former Taylor cop. A long time ago, Marty Wheeler chased a car full of kids into a concrete wall in a high speed chase rlating to a purchase of beer.  They all died.  Corinne Lombardi is the sister of James and runs the Peckville store, always dressed to kill, yet, I'm advised, she's on various government programs.

Another cousin to James Calogero is Stephen Hazzouri, whose wife is Gloria and daughter is Christine, an adult. Seems Stepthen and daughter, Christine, are inseparable. The women in this family dress lavishly in expensive jewelry and fur coats, and drive very expensive cars, yet, my very reliable source tells me that they may also be on every government hand-out program known to man, from welfare to social security to WIC. 

My source tells me that the Colergo family makes huge profits in the jewelry business, but somehow can get on these programs because they know the system very well and conceal their vast income.  I'm also advised that the family runs a bookie operation in Old Forge, with the help of a Taylor police officer, a mailman and a teacher.  

My source tells me that it's a normal day when the men in this family carry around upwards of $50K and keep large amounts of cash hidden at various homes that they own.  They all carry stun guns, hich I'm not sure is legal.
