Can't hide anything in this town.  Spotted - Gary DiBileo and Joe P. having a nice chat on Lackawanna Ave this morning.  10ish.  Looked pretty friendly to me.

Do we really think that it was anything more than two people who ran into each other ... it's not like they were having lunch or talking over drinks ... I imagine that Pilchesky stops any political player he runs into on the street to let them know he's watching and that it would be to their benefit to stay on his right side.
