Joe how does it feel to be wrong 90% of the time?

I am not sitting here here trying to convince anyone in this world that I am right all of the time ... I know that I am not ... but I know that at least 50% of the time I am right ... I am wondering how it must feel to be Joe Pilchesky who seems to think he has his finger on the political pulse of Scranton ... he claims that the wheels are comming off the Doherty campaign ... and yet he still managed to get re-elected to the office of Mayor twice since Joe stated DD ... yeah those wheels are coming off ... LOL

Now on to what made me post this today ....

Joe Pilchesky

Ironically, the last election harvested quite a few new committee members of the democratic kind.  I'm not fully informed on how many there are, but they're sufficient in number to form a faction, or at least support the ouster of the Parker House Boys, to make a change.  There are new voices of the "we've had enough" kind that will appear at the next meeting.

More critical is that there are new ears that will appear. The days of the once powerful Democratic Party meeting and planning for the election of their corrupt choices are OVER. That I do know.  History.

McGrath's days are numbered. Big Dog sounds like he knows where all the bones are hidden.

Seems to me that you were wrong yet again oh might Karnack .... because they apparently have not had enough ... the new voices that you speak of must be the ones in your head ... because these people retained Harry McGrath ... so I guess he days were not numbered ... and Big Dog must not have dug up the bones of Harry McGraths skeleton that you claimed were hidden ... I love it when you are wrong!  It makes me feel good.

Now just so everyone knows ... I had no dog in this fight ... McGrath or Sheridan would not have made a difference to me ... I could care less and pay no attention to the Democratic Political Machine as they really have had much of the same track record as Mr. Pilchesky lately ... their endorsed candidates ... well they could pick them better.  But I don't vote for who they say ... I vote for who I believe is the best person for the position.  As I have a mind of my own which seems to be a new trend in voting these days.

Ok so I didn't read the whole thread ... Joey changed his mind on the McGrath thing ... but he did say that he was going to loose in the beginning and I do believe he said that McGrath was told to step down as SSD solicitor if he ran again ... he's still there isn't he so I guess Joey was still wrong ..... right?

1.  McGrath was losing until some maneuvers were made a few days before the election.  He deserved to lose, but a lot of people jut did not want Chris Doherty to take over the party.  I don't know why.  It cannot be run more incompetently.

2.  McGrath was not told to step down or else.  Some board members, however, do feel there is an underlying conflict with the bosses being endorsed by the employee in elections.  This will become a bigger issue.

3.  I would wager that McGrath does not serve out his entire four-year term.

Well Glenn I had a lot of time on my hands today and I must say that you are right on this one. I read about the manuevers and I have to say I was quite shocked. So you get this one. I won't even argue it. I actually thought I might be sick when I read about it.

Hey Glenn If some board members feel Harry should step down because of the possible conflict.....how do you feel about a board member putting themself in a teaching job...you know like your gal Jan did while she was a sitting board member??

No you see IHave that's ok ... she is the all powerful .... queen of City Council ...and she can do whatever the hell she wants ... or not do what she wants .... things get tough break out the wheelchair and have hubby push her around so it looks good for people like the kids across the hall ... so they don't jump all over her ... I think she is staying away because she was getting a little bit of what she thought was so funny when they did it to Judy and Sherry ... she is not tough like they are so she stays home when the waters get a bit rough ... poor baby couldn't take it when people slammed her for her athourity board choices ... so now she uses the back injury ... awwwww .... I feel so bad for her .... NOT

The only place his finger is is up his own ass...  He's no more of a political pundit than I am.  Dude's a joke, plain and simple.

It IS fun to watch his support implode, however, and the double talk his multiple IDs do to spin and justify his many inacuracies and shortcomings is entertaining, though.

I used to think it was quite entertaining ... but lately they have been failing in the entertainment department ... they just have nothing interesting to offer at all ... I only check in once in a while and the Harry McGrath thing was the best thing that they had to offer up today ... that's sad for them.

I used to Hate Joe Pilchesky ... I don't think I even hate him anymore ... he's really not worth it ... but it is very hard to hate someone you feel pitty for.

Lus it's more like 99% of the time he's wrong. JOey BOy and his cult of dysfunctional adults are slowly going away. The Covington, NPSD, Farmville topics are the only ones generating any traffic. The old regulars hardly post or visit. What happens when EDith goes away - isn't everything in her name?

"The only place his finger is is up his own ass"

That comment Paul alone was worth the price of admission today.

He becomes more irrelevant with each failed prediction, court case and scheme.  He's Scranton's answer to Ralph Kramden.  "One of these days Joanne..."
