you see a posting like this...I guess this makes his record something like 4 wins and 30 losses (or, if you use Joe's accounting and you don't count actual losses, I think it's something like 8 for 10)... Rhut Rho, Joe Lays Another Legal Egg "I can't say I've seen it all, heard it all and experienced it all, but in five years I've seen more than I needed to see to understand how corrupt the legal system is, and I've heard enough mouth-dropping comments from judges at all levels of the legal system around this state to have been shocked over and over, and I've experienced the wrath of bought-and-paid-for judges repeatedly. It's a very insulting feeling to know you're right and then hear a crony judge deny your petition and send you off to Harrisburg for a year. I've had that happen 13 times. That's 12 times too many. I believe that I've gathered enough experience at various levels of court to blaze a new trail in exposing corrupt judges, lawyers and courthouse staff. Just with the cases I've fought over the last five years, I have enough to kick-start this site with tasty samples. I have a lot to share with the rest of the people in this state to demonstrate how the corrupt legal system works. Kangaroocourts.net cometh. I acquired the name and unlimited site building space tonight. I'll nip away at it in my free time. Why not let everyone know how crooked and corrupt the judges are here in Lackawanna County. It's not just the judges, we also have some corrupt courthouse staff that likes to play along, too. There's lots to discuss about Luzurne County, too. The site will include its own message board where people can share their horror stories if they'd like, or comment on what is being posted about other judges, lawyers and courthouse staff around the state. The site will also include how corrupt the Office of the District Attorney is here and in other communities, as well as crooked Police Chiefs and lower ranking cops. Every office in every county courthouse in the state will get a letter introducing the site and inviting them to spread the word and to participate. Every newspaper will get a news release, and so on. We'll get it out there. May free speech and the power to share it with all others prevail to open the eyes of the taxpayers who are being taken for a hell of a ride at $160,000.00 per year/per judge, and another $156,000.00 per year for lowlife DAs like Andy Jarbola. FVCK THESE JUDGES. ALL OF THEM. " That's right Joe, "FVCK THESE JUDGES. ALL OF THEM." Damn, you are quite the "community activist". He is so full of $hit ... he does this thinking that he is going to intimidate people and all he really does is make them laugh ... he is the biggest joke in this city ... and most people I know who view or should I say used to view DD ... view for the entertainment value ... but they have grown boring ... I have no interest in going there anymore ... once in a while I pop in but there is usually nothing of interest up on the site ... and this just proves that it is more of the same old crap across the hall ... instead of DohertyDeceit it should be called JoeysBrokenPromises.com __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
