Well, how are the citizens endangered when DPW workers are MIA after spending most of the morning shopping for a new car?  These three arrived at the Honda dealership on Main St. near the Dickson City line at 9:45 am. (Ok Secret Squirrel ... that is a Toyota dealership not a Honda ... your claim that you have photos of 3 workers ... damn I can only see one ... and did you know that when you start work at 5:00 am that this is lunch time?  hmmmm bet you didn't figure that one out)They walked the parking lot for over an hour kicking tires, then bullsh!ted with the sales rep for another half an hour before heading into the donut shop located in Honda dealership for another half an hour. (Now we all know that if they walked the parking lot kicking tires ... you would have a photographs of that ... you know I'm right ... my guess is that he .. that's right he ... as I only see one person in the photos ... went in for the Donut Shop.)

Then, they left there, headed up W. Market, across Keyser headed south and turned down Ferdinand (that's called a horse shoe) before finishing a busy morning back at the DPW garage. Check out the driver, he thinks he's on vacation wearing those shorts to work. Maybe he is.  (Is there something in the dress code that precludes them from wearing shorts?  I don't think that there is ... and you my friend were stalking this man ... and who really cares about what route that they drove the truck in ... you need to get a life ... how is this news?)
