Let the singing begin, everyone and anyone that knows anything will be sprinting to the federal building to spill their guts just to save their own skin. This won't impress the feds they will gather all the information slowly (A known Tactic), leak just enough to get the RATS running in, and then the arrests will follow. First Luzerne Co. , now Lackawanna Co.

I don't know if they will run out IHave ... seems like everyday on the news there is another arrest in Luzerne County. At first it was shocking and now ... sadly ... we come to expect a story about it on the news and it is quite noticable (at least in my home) when there is no arrest in Luzerne County.

I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
The federal system is designed to have those who are accused receive less punishment if they admit wrongdoing. It's called acceptance of responsibility. Those defendants who opt for trials face much harsher sentences, sometimes triple the jail time or more.
The federal investigators have the luxury of being able to spend much more time gathering evidence, but leaking information is not a tactic. Any leaks usually come from outside, and jeopardize, not assist the investigations.
They are already here, as former Commissioner Cordaro is under the microscope, and I expect that something will eventually happen with that one. As for the large-scale stuff you see in Luzerne County, you may never see it here. When last I checked being stupid, incompetent, and/or egotistical isn't a crime. Hell, if it was, Pilchesky would be the once facing slammer-time, not Edith (by the way, why isn't she locked up yet?????).
One more point...I've had some limited work-related dealings with Federal agencies in the past, and as I've noted before...
...they are more patient than you are ...they have more resources than you do ...they pull the trigger only when they know they can win
...in short, if you get indicted by then you might as well hang it up.
