After the library authority referendum, there really isn't much he can do as far as lawsuits go, is there? I mean, the supermajority gun carries some bullets with it, no?
Well we shall surely see what "bullets" the new majority has in its gun soon enough. The last time Miss Clariol had any voting power she voted herself a nice fat teaching job......so call me a skeptic if you will... but she is another one who loves to pretend to be alturisic while lining her pockets very deeply with tax payer cash.

I'd say Joe P. will be a lot quieter this year. After all, there is a rumor that the guy who writes his legal briefs just got the council solicitor job.
I can't see Boyd Hughes writing any legal briefs for Joe Pilchesky. I don't think Boyd's partners would look too kindly upon that. They have a long-running firm in Dunmore, you know. Why take on the political risk?

Balko I don't know who writes his legal briefs for him but I do not think that Lackawanna County ... Scranton in particular are lucky enough for Joe Pilchesky to be quiet for the year ... hell I don't know if this guy can be quiet for 10 minutes. Hatred is his life ... without it what would he do?
