GC, what we've learned along this rough road is that the Times is not going to lay down and watch Janet Evans take hold of the reins of the future without a good fight.

We still have very, very serious Courtright issues if he abandons ship early. That totally screws up everything.  He refuses to commit publicly that he'll hold his seat until he's sworn in.  I see Vitali leaving early and Courtright jumping ship claiming it would be the responsible thing for him to do.

And remember, Courtright just voted to extend the rental agreement for OECD for three more years knowing there's room in City Hall for that office to return. It never should have left to begin with.
