I don't know about "fit"...that's a term you would need to define, but in terms of qualifications, I read some seemingly credible information from DD poster Hardcore that seems to paint picture of Attorney Moyle as being qualified for a judgeship

As for Attorney Castellano, he seems a little light in the experience department.

I'll note though that I don't know too much about either candidate, so any facts you have McGoof would be welcomed.

Moyle is not only fit to be a judge she is HIGHLY QUALIFIED!

Qualification/Experience:

Deputy District Attorney (Lackawanna County)
Assistant State Attorney (Miami Dade County - Florida)
Assistant State Attorney (St. Lucie County, - Florida)
Trial Attorney
Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, (Middle District Pennsylvania)

I am not Dave . But if I was I would tell my lazy wife to get of her workers-comp collecting a$$ and go to work.

I thought she already was back to work?  She did particpate in the Honors Society induction a week or so ago.

Oh, and for the record:  personally I would never accuse Janet Evans of being lazy.

Aren't my shoes the best David ... I love them ... oh so comfortable. Now I like the Volvo thing and you are the one who insisted that I have a green Volvo ... so if you didn't want me to run with that then you should have never said I have one ... but hell couldn't you have made me sound a bit more exciting ... like oh ... maybe I drive a candy apple red Porsche ... convertible. I would have loved to say that I owned one of those.
