At what point can law enforcement step in??  This man is clearly trying to blackmail a public offical into acting in a certain way or innocent bystanders will be hurt.  This has to be reaching the point of crossing the line into an illegal activity.

The Grasshopper should meditate long and deeply.  He made the public statement that he will lobby hard to get DiBileo that seat. The term "Lobbying" becomes a subjective term here. The mafia has been known to call what it does to influence people "Lobbying", speakinf of lobbying. It's cut throat business in H'burg all the time.  

The Grasshopper is threatening to resign asap if DiBileo is not assured the seat, or to snag a job for a loved one, or both.  Here's the door that opens; due to the time left in his term, his replacement would be on the ballot in November.  If he resigns now, there's a 3 - 1 Doherty majority to appoint his successor. That person would get favorable exposure for several months and would have little or no competition as it stands right now. 

Sometimes I think it's best that I think out loud for the benefit of telegraphing to certain people just how big of a very capable prick I really am.

Let's suppose Courtright turns on the people and resigns early to accommodate this pro-Doherty election situation. Now fast forward a little. Granted, he'll be off council, out of the line of fire, sitting pretty and waiting to take his oath of office at the tax office. And, who will be waiting for him? All those wonderfully happy tax office employees, of course. You know, the one's who are never, ever mentioned in public. I doubt most people know who works there.

Or, will they be wonderfully happy to see Grasshopper?  Now, I'm only thinking out loud here, so there's no need to hit the panic button, but what if, just what if, I got a list (which I already have) of all those wonderfully happy tax office employees and one by one, started digging into who they are. You know, naming them and digging up all I can find out about them, and maybe even their families. It's that, "Wanted, anything and everything about so and so" thing. See Sara Hailstone. Washing private political laundry. It's a huge favorite here.
We have some Jim Dandy researchers here. God damn, they find out everything there is to know about anyone wherever it's hiding. Sometimes in the same day.

Bill, I know you read this site. You don't mean a fvcking thing to me. As public employees, all of those tax office employees are fair game, and they don't mean a fvcking thing to me, either. Don't get me wrong, I'm just as content to leave them alone, as I have been. Most, if not all of them, read this site. They'll know by morning what's going on.

Many of them have relatives working for the city already. You know that. This could really mushroom. Immediately after you resign, should you do so absent fulfilling your full council term, I'll turn on them as indicated above. I'll lose some good friends in the process, but for what is at stake here, I'll happily make that sacrifice. How happy do you think they'll be working with you?  And, don't think you're going to work any less than a full day. I'll watch you like a hawk. Disappear for a few hours just once and you'll be in front of a judge a week later. Then there's your performance on the job that will have to be reported.

I also know who your best friends are in the police and fire department. Fvck them, too.  I also know who your six closest political allies are. Fvck them, too. Everyone's laundry goes into the DD laundramat. Your laundry first, of course. You do have to lead by example.

The people he's threatening may be public employees, but they are private people. Joey the P might find himself really busy responding to lawsuits if he stalks any of these people. If it wouldn't be distressing to these private people, I'd love to see him running around town w/his files & bizarre briefs. It would be very amusing. Make a fun "reality" show. Maybe someone could follow him w/a video camera.

The one thing we have certainly found out about Joe is that he loves to put **** up about people on his website. Now I'm thinking that he is going to do this anyway ... so why in the world would Courtright deal with Pilchesky ... and this is the first that I am hearing that he is resigning.

They did say that Sherry was going to resign last night ... but I clearly heard her say that she was going to be there for another 6 months.

Joe can keep acting in this manner and I encourage it ... because it will only help to fuel a successful write in or independent candidate campaign of whomever wants to run. He does more damage to Mrs. Evans and her "super majority" than he does good for them.

I know I would rather have him against me than for me if I were a candidate.

And I am of the belief that there should be an election for that seat rather than having an appointment by council as there are 2 full years left with that seat. But that's just my opinion.

Honestly, he should be jailed for this kind of thing. 

This one of the worst postings I've ever read at DD.  It would be my hope that the "sensible" people at DD...I know that term is subjective...such as Hardcore, Glenn, etc... would contact him and tell him to take this down immediately. 

Oh, and what have the employees of the Tax Office ever done to Joe Pilchesky?  Why should they be subject to his bullying?  These are not public persons in the same context that a member of council would be, and even then I don't think that elected officials should be subject to it either. 

What Pilchesky wrote aren't the words of a "hero of free speech"...they are the words of a sick old man who, since he can't physically intimidate anyone anymore, as to resort to cyber-bullying.


To The DD Posters That Might Read This -
What's to stop this guy from harassing your innocent co-workers, friends, family, etc. simply in order to intimidate someone else?  Maybe you thought it was funny in a way that he was going after people you disliked...such as Doherty, Sherry, Judy, etc...and maybe you thought that they deserved it.  I disagree, but so what.  Now, do tell me:  what has some clerk, making a living wage working in the Single Tax Office, done to deserve this?  How are they guilty?  Are you just going to believe Pilchesky's "casualties of war" bull$hit that he will no doubt spew the moment someone questions his actions here?  Think long and hard...you know what to do...first and foremost, STOP ENABLING THIS SICK OLD MAN.

He's desperate and grabbing at straws.  Its over for him and he knows it.  Wife's in jail, and owes $156k (remember the genius put everything in her name).

His recent posts about Tom Yerke's kids, Chris Doherty's love child, and now threatening everyone in the Tax Office and Courtright are all about baiting someone to sue him or take action against him so he can get his name in the paper and draw attention to his website. 

The true joe pilchesky is coming out here.  Is this what we can look forward too David from your wife's supermajority?  Is this how policy will be done, vote with us or we send out our cyber thug?

Could you imagine if someone made even the most diluted threat aimed at pilcheski, or franus or spindler or morgan or evans ? Those goons would be all up arms and calling every other anagram office in the phone book, the FBI, CIA, NSA, ACLU, KKK, IBM, ICN, MTV, NCIS, CSI, L&O, STO, SPA, the Scranton Dog Catcher and Ray's Attorney Pulaski to bitch about a finger pointing in their general direction. And this cracker gets away with a post like that?

It's funny - he's stuck with political figures and public figures for this long. He's going to fixate on some innocent woman whose got a husband who is half as crazy as pilcheski and is going to do the world a favor by cleaning pilcheski's clock for him.

Hmmm, maybe that's what he's hoping for -- someone lays a beating on his scrawny ass and then he can use the line that he is being persecuted for being the proliferator of free speech.

or he is looking for a way to raise the 156k and he want's a beating laid on him so he can sue the asses off the person who beats him ... that's one way of raising that cash.

I know that they talked about setting up the Joanne Pilchesky Defense Fund ... but that was only a few dedicated posters and I have seen nothing more about it since a few days after she was sentenced.

Stop picking on the tax office people.  They need to focus on organizing the files of all those people who may have gotten their taxes stamped "paid" without actually writing a check, which is really the only way two million dollars "vanishes".

I don't think that "The Grasshopper" is going to sell out.  He seems to be a stand-up guy, and could have cut a deal several times by now, but he has stayed put.  I do believe, however, that "Queen Bee" will have to give GH what he wants to keep harmony in the field.

It's a small price to pay for complete transparency.

I don't know about all of you ... but I am beginning to have very bad feelings when I read these posts by Joe Pilchesky in the thread ... I am going to save them all in the Moderator Forum as I want to keep them ... I don't like the things Joe is saying at all, and it just gives me such a creepy feeling that I can't even explain it.  I am worried for three people ... Bill Courtright, Chris Doherty and Gary DiBileo ...

Now I may not have voted for Bill and Gary ... but I would never want to see anything happen to them ... and I am telling you ... I have a bad feeling ... Joe Pilchesky is getting crazier by the minute.

Here is just one example of his latest post in that thread that really creeped me out ... tell me if I am going over the top with my feelings here or do you also see it?

But, what if the grafting, corrupt politicians disappeared? A friend of mine owned a restaurant. His mother ran it for 12 years. He paid his bills, but couldn't make a good living with it. Doherty has to disappear. But, that's not what this election is all about. It's about putting the cancer in this city in its place - the Lynetts and Haggertys.  Placement of a supermajority on this council is the cure for this city's cancer. Everything must be done to ensure that this supermajority arrives as scheduled, no matter what the cost, no matter how dirty the game has to be played, no matter who gets hurt in the process, and no matter how they get hurt, politically speaking, of course.

Putting the cards on the table,

Talk of the DiBileo/Murphy camp/people not showing up for the election will result in consequences that will appear at Murphy's political doorstep. I'll deliver them personally. He's up to bat again next year, and without a presidential election. One and done sound familiar? The deal was Doherty goes down. Janet Evans may struggle without DiBileo/Murphy to get those two young horses to the finish line second and third, and she might not, but without Evans/unions, Murphy does not repeat as State Rep.

To Bill Courtright: Who the fvck do you think you are to jeopardize this supermajority just because you and Gary enjoyed blowing one another for the last 10 years? Gary doesn't need you to wipe his ass. He's a big boy. Let him stand on his own two feet, on his own record and on his own credibility. His relationship with Evans is what it is, whatever it is. Fvck around with the supermajority potential and I'll bring that tax office front and center. Employee by employee, I'll name every name, every family/friend connection and every single scandalous thing I can find using the 20 researchers I have at my disposal on this site. It may even expose why that tax office failed so badly. If the supermajority goes down, that entire tax office, you and Kevin Murphy will go down with it. I promise that from the bottom of my vicious poison pen.

Grow the fvck up!  


Now when I read this I see more than cyber threats ... I see out and out threats ... he is getting crazier by the minute and God forbid something happens ... He knows the left-handed influence he has over some of the posters and lurkers across the hall. He's probably hoping he'll whip them up into such a frenzy, that one of the zealots will take matters into his/her own hands and bring one of those heinous scenarios to fruition. Then he can just stand back and say "wha-, wha-, who ME ?"

I'm wondering if this guy is more of a psycho than we see from his postings across the hall - and I mentioned this way back when the board was originally opened. His postings go from quasi-rational to psychotic from one day to the next - hell from one POST to the next.

Joe's Courtright thread is way over the top....he's blasting Coutright and calling him out about something that hasn't even happened.....like you all know, I am no Chris Doherty fan, I think he's as corrupt as the day is long....but I'm thinking Pilchesky needs some professional help.

Most of us can agree that there is a point with every issue where the ends no longer justify the means.  That line changes depending on the issue itself, who we are, what we support, etc.  For example, while I would never vote for Janet Evans because I think she's nothing more than a typical Scranton politician who is cloaked in hypocrisy (fighting against the machine...but using the machine to get a full time teaching job), I would immediately rush to her defense if one of her minor grandchildren were referenced in a post here or at DD.  That's a line that should NEVER, EVER be crossed.

The problem with Pilchesky though is that he wants to convince his flock that no such "line" ever exists when it comes to his words and his actions.  That's the truly scary part...the kind of stuff you see in cults.

It is way over the top ... I am not a fan of Bill Courtrights ... but I have to tell you that I did send this thread to him so that he is aware of what is going on ... see ... just because I am not a fan ... does not mean that I would want anything bad to happen to him or to his family ... I did not vote for him ... but I have hope that he will do a great job ... and give it his all ... and if he were right here in front of me now I would congratulate him on his win.  There is not point in being a sore loser ... just what does that accomplish.

I am a Chris Doherty fan ... and you are not ... but does that have to make enemies out of us Bill?  I don't think it does ... I think that I can respect you and your views and well hopefully you can respect me and my views ... and at the end of the day when all is said and done we can still get along ... we just have to respect the fact that although we have different views we can still be civil ... we can even be friends ... because different opinions and different views on things are what makes this world and interesting place to be ... could you imagine how boring it would be if we all agreed all of the time.

I think that all of this craziness that Pilchesky is spewing right now will do more to hurt that super majority than it will do to help it ... I do believe that you are right Bill ... he (Joe) should seek help.  I am worried for Bill Courtright, Chris Doherty and Gary DiBileo ... Joe makes suggestions on that board and well the kids across the hall worship him ... and some would do anything for him ... so a slight suggestion like " Doherty has to disappear."  That could cause them to react in a way ... well lets just say that scares the hell out of me.

I'm keeping all of these posts ... God forbid anything should happen to any one of these three men, I will have the proof that Pilchesky said these things.

I think is well over due for the authorities to step in......Lus I wonder as the admin here if you could cut and paste a samplying of posts, (i.e. the n-word posts the posts on jews, the threats, the attacks on children) we have saved under the various important post thread into a formal complaint to sparklit? I would remind them that an argument could be made if they allow this content to go unchallenged or uncensored they maybe held liable in the event of a real meltdown by the loony toons across the hall.

Well they should be informed of the threats. So if everyone is in agreement then I think that is a step that we are going to have to take. The post where he suggest that Chris Doherty should disappear after the telling of a story about a woman who died an everything suddenly became OK again ... that is enough for me.
