I suggest taking this to some one who understands web hosting and show them the hosting properties of the avators.

It is our strong believe that these two posts (excluding anti's he just popped up in between them so I kept it for context) are both hosted out of the primary webpage under the control of Joeyboy lending a strong probabilty that Joeyboy is this author of both or at least had an hand in their posting.   I wanted to preserve this for you. Now in the event you sue him for placing your names out there in connection to a crime you have not been charged with, the evidence is safe here ....
