Wow Glen this seems like a real boneheaded move to me. Are you actually on the "team" ? I don't remember Missy Jan and crew being much help to you when you ran.
"The party in the valley" was a huge sucess-- Janet was there of course, and introduced her team Pat Rogan and Frank Joyce-they were wonderful--they went around and spoke to everyone individually and were gracious and very impressive. Everyone finally got a moment to see them shine--they just oozed with confidence and I truly feel for once this city will have a majority on council that is 100% for the people-- They spoke of their union support, how they would lower the wage tax and not raise our taxes, and treat people who come to council with the respect they deserve and they will make it a point to answer all questions asked of them. I know many people say many things just to get elected--but Janet never said anything she didn't mean-and I trust her enough to know she stands behind these men completely-- They are full of energy and want to work for us-- FOR US!!!! Not the administration--when have we ever had that? Never-- Now is our chance-- Glenn Cashuric was very good last night as the speaker introducing the candidates--very nice man indeed--Gary and Billy were there as well. Janet, Pat, Frank Gary and Billy all stood together--it was a great sight! A new bright beginning for our city! This election will be one to be remembered I'm certain!
That's...Gary, Janet & Crew will ride into town and...
...lower your taxes ...give the police and firemen raises ...humor every fruitcake that comes to speak to council (quick, put out an APB on Stuckart's scooter)
Fay is hearing what she wants to hear. Naive? You bet!
As for Glenn, well he's nothing if not an opportunist, but I do give him credit for working hard as Pilchesky's Jiminy Cricket. Have much experience in estate-bliking cases Glenn?

Glenn are you this involved in your own town's politics. I am not saying that you shouldn't be interested in Scranton Politics but at the very least you should have the same interest in your own local politics. Is your law office located in Scranton? That would at least explain the degree of your interest.

1. I know it is heresy to say this, but I like Dave. He asked me to introduce the team, so I did. "Aqua" was incorrect on the "very good" part, however, as (a) my notes revolved around a speaker who was unable to make it and (b) I left my glasses in the car and could barely read the notes anyway. So as an M.C. I pretty much sucked.
2. I have no experience in estate-bilking cases. Not sure what you're aiming at there.
3. Being opportunistic would imply that I will benefit somehow from this council race. I have been promised nothing. I expect nothing. I would accept nothing.
4. Scranton is the county seat. All it seems to be lately, however, is a financial black hole sucking down all the regional resources to benefit a select few. Thus, I am interested in what goes on. My main goal in politics, however, is making sure people are informed. In Olyphant, we are doing just that, which may explain all the unopposed races as people wait for the inevitable "second collapse" of the budget. The first was last July when they ran out of money and had to "adjust the electric rate" (raise taxes) upward a total of 57%.
5. I firmly believe Pat Rogan or Frank Joyce should replace the hapless Sherry Fanucci on the council. Judy Gatelli is a strong campaigner, so it will be tough to run the table. If you're wondering how much I'm "in the Janet bag", however, I have to say I'm now leaning toward Vitali-Flynn as a better choice, even with the "none of your business" comment.

It isn't heresy, you are just naïve. You like him because you really don't know him.

Edith....Erie......Dead Father.....it was a joke based on you getting on the "team".

You keep hanging out with the Evans clan you can expect something...like Dave and Fay at your house whoo hoo fun fun fun!!!

Can you be more specific in how our debt is sucking the regional resources? I am not being a smart ass I really would like to see the connection. ty

I am way more worried you could be in the Davey bag, but hey that is just me, however didn't it cross your mind to wonder: 1.at a party supposedly for three candidates why was Davey calling the shots? 2. about the MC thing...no offense to you Glen.. but frankly...why you? Didn't any of the candidates have someone close to them who may have been more appropriate to introduce them, than you? I am sure they did.. so again ..why you? You might want to think about that...the Evans have a agenda for everything. Oh and that really nice Dave and his equally nice son.....call all the shots always.... remember the e-mail thing?

Hey, we're down right charitable compared to that McGoof idiot...besides, you had it coming, playing all "ignotant" and such regarding Edith's little Erie Problem.
