Marilynn Flynn should be screaming that she goes to work every day, found the 12 million dollars, and will continue to work hard for all of us. Courtright is looking for a real job and will he be at work every day, doesn't he have a business to run during the day and evening hrs?

I know flynn-vitali LOVES the mayor, and I personally vote against those people, HOWEVER she has done a good job, unlike Doherty. I might actually vote for a Doherty gal.
I was at the Single Tax office the Saturday before last and as I'm waiting in line I actually see her there working with the staff. Incredible...it's Saturday...she's in the office...she's working. Maybe my standards for public officials are very low, but that impressed me...she has my vote.

When she was at the council meeting and asked a question about the tax office and the 12 million dollars she had the nerve to respond with the answer and quote . It is none of your'e buisness . She is retired and recieves a good pension and Health Care. It is the buisness of the people and the council to get a better answer than that. I will be voting for Mr courtright.
...her response of "it's none of your business" was foolish and stupid That was a mistake, but it has to be judged against everything else she does. It was also said at a Konsil meeting...the Scranton equivalent of the Jerry Springer Show...so consider the setting.
...what does her being retired and having healthcare to do with being qualified for the job of Tax Collector? Seriously, what's the connection? That's right up there with the DD Loons claiming that, because she apparently owns some property and has some money, she is disqualified from service. Hell, if she earned the money by working hard, it seems to me that she should be viewed more favorably, not less.
...the audit results will be telling, when they eventually come out. How she handles that will, I think, determine whether nor not she really deserves to be elected into this position.
...I think Mr Courtright would do a good job as well, although I think many have been dismayed over the years by his passively support of the more insane elements in Scranton politics.

At this stage of the game, I consider Courtright "crazy by osmosis". The length of his association to the dd crew and the way he just "aw-shucks" waves off their nonsense, makes it seem to me that he will continue to pander to them and then give the rest of us the shaft. Just to prove someone else's point.
What has Courtright accomplished in 8 years.......he sits there and looks puzzled all the time. favorite line is "well we asked''. come on now......Vitali actually works.
Courtright is nothing but a Dibileo stooge. He will follow Gary around making promises he doesn't even control. What he really wants is Director of Public Safety, a job he could never handle or do.
