Here we have an elderly woman who is having problems with her rental property. Now if Joe, who is a carpenter, really wanted to help her why does he not just offer to fix the problems the woman is having. I bet Sam Patilla would be more than glad to help since he is a champion of the people and has an unlimited amount of free time. But no why do something to fix the problem when you can use this woman as a way to get headlines and press against the mayor. Great idea let's sue the mayor instead of helping the lady out, so two years from now she can still have leaks and Joe can add another Judge to his list of cronies because again he lost in court.

FYI: The handicapped woman sent this to the mayor today and asked me to post it. I removed her name for privacy.

Dear Mayor Doherty:

What is wrong with you? For someone running for re-election, you are not going to get another chance for the way that you are treating the situation with your employee, Mike Mitchell.

The problems at 1437 St. Ann's Street are a disgrace. There is a leak in the bathroom upstairs, which is unbelievable. There is also a leak in the kitchen and an oil leak in the basement.

Why don't you just suspend Mike Mitchell, the sumlord, until he makes the repairs that are needed? Why don't you send someone from the city to follow through on this? Why, instead, are you allowing city plow trucks to plow me in in retaliation for complaining about Mitchell?

How a disabled woman is being treated by this poor excuse for a human being is totally unacceptable. You need to do something now.

Mitchell is in rehab pursuant to the mayor's orders where his swollen face from a beating in Carbondale is healing. I'm informed that the Carbondale Police Dept. canned him.There's nothing the mayor can do to force a slumlord to un-slum himself. Mike problems are likely genetically motivated, so here's some good advice. Move. I've been in that house and why it was not condemned is shocking. Capt. Graziano's useless lumpof genetic failure also works for the city as a totally unqualified inspector who condemns houses for the sake of something to do.

Two worthless crony embarrassments to the city, but not to the mayor. Men like this are right up his alley.

Sue Mitchell's drunken ass. I'll help you. Happily. Sue the city, too. I'll be happier about that. No charge. On me.

Of course by all means sue the city and drive up the tax payer dollars that you have already wasted ... suing the city is just a hobby for you ... and what a incredible waste of time and energy ... and money! Joe is only a carpenter ... his lack of sucess in the courtroom should tell this woman something ... if you are going to sue the city for Gods sake get your self a lawyer to represent you and not Joe Pilchesky. I thought one needed a degree in order to represent others ... this is crazy ... I know that a fool can represent himself ... it's his right and he does exercise that particular right regulary ... but is there no law against depensing legal advice to poor little old ladies with real problems. I have to wonder though if things are truely this bad for this woman could she just not call the agency for the aged? Why not try and get into a place like Mulberry Towers ... why stay in this particular apartment with all of the problems ... find a new place ... a nicer place ... and are these people filing complaints or are they simply bitching to Joe Pilchesky? Maybe filing a complaint to the proper people would help ... who knows if Joe is doing anything for her ... or is he just using her to up the readership of his site and spread further hate for the Mayor? __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
