Come on big guy do it for all of us little people you care so much for and worry about all day long. Maybe, just maybe if you win, you could appoint yourself a job as a police officer while you are the Mayor. You could just ask Missy Jan how to self-appoint a great job while a sitting office holder, she can walk you right through the process no problem.!! :)

Why put your support behind a man who clearly might possibly consider the opportunity to think about becoming, maybe, the mayor?

It's a damn shame when we're forced to support a weak sister. The candidate who has the rocks to say he or she wants the job, will fight for the job and will do the job is the one to support. Apparently there is no candidate.

It's the same every election. No decent candidates and we're forced to scrape the bottom of the barrel for some schmuck whom half the electorate never even get to see, meet or even hear of while the incumbent or party favorite waltzes in and takes the seat.

I say screw DiBileo. It's all too political for him. Isn't there a candidate who's not afraid of his or her own shadow? The magic eight ball says "No."

That, my fellow nobodys, is why we cry in our beer every election day. And that's a fact well-known to Doherty.

Mr. Moran only says screw DiBileo now because Mr. Moran is bitter ... he does not think that Gary fought hard enough ... he does not think that Gary got down and dirty in the last election ... and when Gary lost his little dream of becoming a Scranton Police officer went up in smoke ... so now he does not personally need anything from Gary as he is now over the age that he can become an officer ... so it's all Gary's fault that he watched his dream go up in smoke ... so there is no way he will step up in support of Gary now ...

Now if you ask me Mr. Moran ... he should get the hypocrite award as he wanted to be Gary's number one boot licker ... or what DD referts to as Cronies and Phonies ... but alas the dream did not come true for Mr. Moran.

The only good thing about Mr. Moran in my opinion is his mother ... Where is Granma these days? I hope she is well ... because ... and no I am not kidding ... I really do like her and enjoy her posts ... I miss her!! And no I am not kidding.

Granma's boy, huh?

Amazing how much people get pissed off/rail at "the political machine"...that is to the extent that it isn't working on their behalf. That's the story of many of Scranton's municipal unions: they are amazing silent on "cronies, corruptions", etc. as long as they get what they want. That doesn't make them bad...it simply makes them no different than anyone else.
