Your post fits the definition nicely. Although I doubt Pilchesky would file any complaint, getting your IP address, and thesubscriber info for that IP address would be easy. There sure are a lot of tough guys sitting behind computer keyboards these days. ..now maybe it's just me, but the 'Bail Money' post has all the hallmarks of Pilchesky posting about himself in order to "rally the troops". A few clues: Why would someone post such a graphic threat on DD, knowing that in order to get the posting ID you need to first provide an email and expose your IP address?** If anyone else received such a threat, would they not report it to the police (complete with the IP address)? Funny, but is there any clue that Joe will actually report this? Now if Mayor Doherty made a similar threat, would Pilchesky not act in any and all legal ways available to him? From experience I can tell you that it takes a few days to get an ID from Pilchesky. The 'Bail Money' (the first post by that individual, by the way) post was made the same day as the thread was created by 'Pilchesky's Brain on Drugs' (which most of us believe to be Pilchesky himself). Now either the 'Bail Money' account was already in existance (but not being used...) OR it was created that same day by Pilchesky himself. Once again, Joe proves that he does in fact view his followers as "bottom feeders". I've got a suggestion for 'Hardcore': Contact Joe directly and INSIST that he file a police report. He'll hem and haw for about a week but wait to act upon the situation until the following Tuesday morning, so that janet evans and the merry band of council rapscallions would have something fresh in their minds to rail about at the council meeting later in the day. Hmmm, the post was made on Wednesday -- yeah, he'll gripe and threaten and bitch about it for the next few days and then Tuesday ... wham ... the council meeting will be fraught with Academy Award performances by trio of franus lyman and spindler. __________________ Stupid people piss me off !
