We can only hope the "hot" stash of cash is nearing it's end, I mean really, is he not starting to scrap the bottom of the barrel for things to file a lawsuit over? If this works I may have to sue Mother Nature for August being too cool and rainy. Afterall August should be hot and humid.

I've sued City Council over all these cancelled meetings

Since the beginning of 2006 when Gatelli took over as president, until the present day under McGoff, there have been 35 regular council meetings cancelled. I think that's far too many. I've read the Home Rule Charter, which contains no language that providesthat any regular meetings can be cancelled. I've heard that an ordinance had been passed to allow for summer recesses, but I think the ordinance is illegally grounded.We'll see. The lawsuit was filed today it and speaks for itself. It certainly does, you bald *******. LOL LOL

Notice that Janet Evans is not listed as a defendant...I am sure she probably voted to cancel at least one meeting. Anyway, this one will get tossed faster than the cookies of a frat boy after a toga party. By the way, the Home Rule Charter doesn't mention council members going to the bathroom either during meetings...maybe he should sue over that one as well. Speaking of the money, when is the new trial date for Edith? I'm wondering if they are still trying to work out a "I am very sorry & here's the money back" deal? I was just about to post on this one IHave ... I don't understand why the DD'ers get so upset about the taxes being rasied all of the time ... and they speak of frivilous spending ... yet ... the continue to encourage Joe Pilchesky's filing of the sill a$$ lawsuits ... thes lawsuits are costing not only city dollars they are costing us at the county level as well ... they are tying up precious court time that can be used for legitimate business ... oh like say .... prosecuting crimes and hearings for valid lawsuits ... I really think that this guy should have sanctions placed upon him ... he should not be able to keep tying up the court system ... just because he is a disgruntled citizen ... and why will nobody give us a figure on what these lawsuits have cost the taxpayers from the time of the first on to the present time ... I for one would like to know how much money has been wasted on this! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
