From what El Douche (Joe) says, Judy Gatelli's lawyers have had to re-file certain aspects of their "anonymouns posters threatening" case. The original list of 100+ has now been dwindled down to 44, named below...
The (44) anonymous poster names listed on page (3) in the Factual Background portion of the Amended Petition that Gatelli seeks the identity of are as follows: A Man Named Jed; Abbey; Adam, Antisystemicmovements; aquamg; bigdaddy; Booby McGoof; Bo peep; Brainwashed; City Haul; Clarks Summit Luv Nest; Commoner; Crazy Otto; Crony Watcher; Dice Rolling 101; Dont fear government; Freedom is not free; FRICKELLMOIE; Gatellis Blue Dress; Granma; History Writer; insider; Intelligent Thinker; jimbu15; Joe Pilchesky; JustTheFacts; Lipstick and Lashes; Lobby cyst; Milo Ferlicker; MistyMtTop; Money stalks; Nobody; NoRepresentation; NotADumbBlonde; Political Sex; Powertothepeople; The Mole; The next generation; Traditional apathy; TwistedBrother; Unionman; Watch and ward; Working Woman; and, We are so screwed.
The funny part is that I seriously don't think that this represents 44 different people. In fact, I'll bet at least 2-3 are actually Pilcheksy himself (Twisted Brother, for example).
I am curious about one thing though: Fay Franus has come out and stated that she is 'aquamg'...in fact, I think we have the post...so why not ammend and include her as a person? Just a thought.
Personally, I think the idea of suing anonymous people on a message board isn't very bright, as you have a real human being in Pilchesky who lords over the board and could, at any time of his choosing, remove any posting deemed offensive. This is a power he exercises regularly, in defense of Janet Evans for exmaple, so why not go directly after him and his estate-plundering wife?
On the good news side, I think they removed Art's name from the list. ^5 Art!!

If I recall ... Paul was also on the original list ... so it seems he also has been removed.
I have to agree with you on this Ag ... as the Administrator along with the moderators we have removed many posts that were questionable ... it is within Joe Pilchesky's power and it is his responsibility to remove posts ... he and his wife ... so they are the ones that should be sued ... as they have abused the admistrative duties by leaving up questionable posts ...
