If the DD goons have a "Constitutional Right" to address Scranton City Council, then do they also believe that same "Constitutional Right" applies to other legislative bodies, such as the Pennsylvania General Assembly and the United States Congress?
Just curious, as I think the Capitol Police would taser Ray Lyman before he got near the front doors.
