Shockley has contributed WHAT to this board? A lot of posters have come here wanting to convert this place to a gossip center in my opinion. They've tried to get the name calling thing going between posters but Joe's been on the ball snuffing that out for the most part.Posters come and go. But there's a whole lot of posters who have been here from the beginning. Boards need a good admin and we have one. I say full speed ahead. A huge election is coming down the pike and we all need to get ready for it.

DD is nothing more than a gossip center ... wake up ... smell the coffee or the roses ... whichever you prefer the scent of.

And as for you comment on the upcoming election ... well we have seen the DD track record ... maybe you all need to change your strategy ... maybe you need to present facts that you can back up ... instead of being gossip central! Think about it ... Oh that's right ... you don't need to back up statements you all make as you are protected under the 1st Amendment ... silly me I keep forgetting!

Full speed ahead, as opposed to what? Weren't they full steam ahead with the last mayoral election? Didn't seem to make much difference then, and it will not make much difference now, as Pilchesky appeals to a lunatic fringe that even he considers to be bottom-feeders. Followers? To Pilchesky they are probably more like strat cats that come to his porch to eat.
